No disrespect to stidham but he knows that he is not the long term starter. So he wants to do what he can to build the team. I hope we keep him as the backup on the active roster. He has proven that he puts the team first and we should support that.

I seriously doubt Stiddy has what it takes to be "the guy," but he's more or less the perfect #2. Everyone loves the guy. He seems to galvanize those around him.

I think Stidham also helped recruit Bo to Auburn since Bo replaced him at quarterback. So they probably have a relationship prior with Bo and his family prior to Bo getting drafted to Denver.
