This video is a tour of a completed #barndominium built by Texas Best Construction. The barndominium is 1656 square feet and has three bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a shop.
The exterior of the barndominium has wainscoting on the front, a water table with a flat looter stone, gray exterior panels, charcoal trim, and a white roof. The eave height is approximately 12 to 14 feet.
The interior of the barndominium has an open living area, a kitchen with white cabinets and a breakfast nook, a mud bench area, two guest bedrooms with a connecting bathroom, and a master bedroom suite with a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The shop is over 1,000 square feet and has OSB surrounding on the lower wall for hanging shelves.
The barndominium also has a detached shop that is 40 by 25 feet.
Overall, the barndominium is a spacious and well-designed home with plenty of room for living and working.

Haven't seen any hip roofs. We have to build hip roofs in FL.
We don’t do hip roofs. Would actually add unnecessary cost to the framing. If they require it in Florida then that would be something to consider during configuring budgets! It’s possible just not practical for a steel building.

Can you please add square footage in your RUclips title? Also, I’ve been going through your website and it is unhelpful because not all your homes are listed in the barndo drop down section. It’s terribly frustrating as I am looking to build. RUclips does not match your website. ugh 😢 I’ve started from video 1 & am working my way up to current, while also using your website…it’s not working for me.

Windows are too small
Why are there no trees or anything. There is never any trers
Probably the area of Texas they are in.
Most of Texas is pretty flat but another reason a lot of people don't like trees near their house is because it's also dry here and tree roots will look for water and those roots will head straight for your plumbing lines and then you have major problems. Trust me I know because when you get clogged lines the plumber will show you the roots on a line that has a camera.
