Adriana, you are the Alpha in the PM Edu-space! Thank you for having the generousity to share your experience. Invaluable. Cyber high-5 from Australia. :)
Hi Adriana, I really liked the way you presented the risk management. Please make a video and share tips how to facilitate a risk analysis session. I find it really hard to include such session in the planning stage of my projects, it is always assumed unnecessary. How to incentivize the management to have risk management included in the agenda?
It's very helpful, such a kind of content is beneficial for beginners in the project management field. This would make a PM student more competent in the Project management area. Thank you mam

Great info on project risk management. Good explanation of doing your analysis, getting your list and then creating risk management plans both contingency and mitigation. This should definitely make projects more successful if you are prepared for the risks!
Absolutely....here are a some suggestions: 1- pull out all you deliverable and list it on a document of your choice. Add a stop light system (red, yellow, green) for status and provide comment. Send out weekly 2-create a weekly or monthly newsletter and send it out to al key stakeholders with project status and highlights 3- ensure you have a Steering Committee for your project. Adriana - You're reading my mind :) I'm releasing a similar video next week! But you're speaking from a more professional level, yours is more educational one, whilst mine is based on several cases I had during my career. Say, haven't you had a course on LinkedIn (Lynda)? The more videos of yours I watch, the more deja vu feeling I get. It's like I KNOW your voice & face from somewhere. I even scrolled the courses I took on project management, on my LinkedIn profile :)
You may know a few of the risks up front but I would let the project run it’s course for a bit before you do a risk assessment and they will come up as the life cycle of the project progresses. Thanks for watching, cheers!
