    Thank you for such a beautiful and informative bundle of videos 😊. Here I need a personal advice from you as an expert opinion. I want to do my pre registration training in a hospital ( just for the sake of nice and wider exposure and a good preparation from final exam point of view) but later I want to become a community pharmacist. I mean could it be easy to achieve or is it possible to do this. That pre reg trainee from a hospital could get a community pharmacy job as a pharmacist.?

    • @Fashstyleliv
      @Fashstyleliv  3 года назад

      Hello and thanks for your kind comment. Yes, you can definitely do your pre-reg in hospital and switch to community when you qualify or vice versa. Many people do it so it is definitely achieveable. Hope this is helpful.

    Greetings Sis, thanks a lot for the information, please does the hospital pharmacist go on ward rounds and have patient interaction?

    • @Fashstyleliv
      @Fashstyleliv  3 года назад

      Thank you for your question and glad you enjoyed the video. Yes, hospital pharmacists go on ward rounds, have patient interactions, work with the wider team on the ward (doctors, nurses, etc) and do a whole lot more. It is a really rewarding job. I have a video talking about what I do as a hospital pharmacist. It is linked here... ruclips.net/video/N0-8RfQW5kQ/видео.html

      Thanks for your lovely comment and I really appreciate it. It was extremely difficult to do but God was on my side. I was not on a student visa in the first place. If you are on a student visa or intend to get one, I would not advise working and studying. I worked in an amazing organisation so they allowed me to be flexible with my hours. I worked Mon-Wed (9hrs each) and went to school Thursdays and Fridays. It was draining but rewarding at the end of it all.

    • @Fashstyleliv
      @Fashstyleliv  2 года назад

      @@terosejemineh8425 OSPAP is very intense and working whilst as a student whilst doing the course can be really stressful. Besides, you can only work 20 hours per week during term time and most jobs don't pay that great. Any spare time during OSPAP will usually be spent on assignments, course work or reading. Of course, some people still managed to work but they all said it was stressful doing both.

      @@Fashstyleliv but if they could go to disame school that u did, wouldn't it be easier? I mean u went to school just twice a week, so one could spread out the 20 hours of working hours within d other days and still have enough time to rest or read.

    I have a doubt madam please do clarify🙏
    My course only completed only in march2022, if i come there sep intake in 2022 for msc, with out appling oriel....... Can i apply to oriel in 2023 June....... That is durind i study there..... Msc course only ends in august right??

    • @Fashstyleliv
      @Fashstyleliv  2 года назад +1

      Hello and thanks for your question. If you apply for Oriel in June 2023, you will start your pre-reg training in 2024. If your course finishes in March 2022, you could still apply for OSPAP as far as you have some of the requirements and your university can provide you with your certificate at some point for your GPHC approval. If you do miss the Oriel intake in 2022, you can still apply for pre-registration with other training providers (mainly community pharmacies) and commence your pre-reg in 2023.

    • @Fashstyleliv

      I think it would be very difficult to do two courses at once and OSPAP in itself is very intense.

      @@gopaladhao8929 It might be slightly more challenging than people who already completed their pharmacy degree here in the UK and that’s understandable however many international students get pre-reg places so it’s not a problem as far as you work hard.
