Fr I came back to minecraft, and everything is so different. I haven't played since they added parrots in 2017( at that time, i knew the game like the back of my hand). Now I'm over here like "what's a sniffer, how's a raid work, what's the new armor for, why are there so many spawn eggs" felt like I was playing a completely different game🤣

Curse of vanishing means if you die it disappears or “vanishes”
Loyalty if you put it on a trident, after you throw it, it comes back, the higher the level the faster it comes back

As the running away part, it’s probably bc you were a “Zoglin”, a zombified version of the large pig creatures you saw in the nether, Hoglins. A bunch of entities run away from the Zoglin, including the Piglins.

1:04:10 Watching this villager saga was hilarious. Villagers with green coats are Nitwit villagers, they can't take jobs but you can still breed other villagers with them. Also the reason he was going nuts and was only sleeping for a second before getting out of bed was because you were a hostile mob, so he was scared of you and trying to run away.

I guess it's because the mods kind of make it a different game or makes some things unnecessary. Like, if you have a mod where you never have to enchant, then you won't know anything about enchanting on vanilla.
The poison debuff will never drop you to zero hp. It can only go down to half a heart.
Forge I gotta second something I saw on a newer video, I'd respectfully love to see "Surviving 100 days in Vanilla Minecraft," because there's something MC stuff that you could stand to learn. I hope I don't sound too critical because for someone who doesn't know that poison can't kill you and what curse of vanishing does, you build some really impressive structures in-game.

Honestly, in response to the guy that said u dont know stuff, it gets a little old watching other creators who jus know and have already done everything and make these massive mega builds that no average person could make. It's just genuinely so nice to watch someone make something that theyre proud of or experience the joy of realizing you can pick up salmon in a bucket. Like its just so down to earth and nice to watch.

Loyalty III is an enchantment for a Trident obtained by killing drowned Zombies. Loyalty makes the Trident come back after thrown, the amount of enchantment points applied changes the speed on wich it returns to you.

The reason that witches always "almost kill you" is because their poison does a lot of damage but can't kill, it can only bring you to half a heart.
Loyalty is an enchant for a trident that makes it return to you after you throw it.
There's always 3 different options to the enchanting table, you need to look at level requirement on the right side, 30 is the best and that takes 15 bookshelves to get.
The villager you cured would not get a role or trade because he was a "nitwit", green-robed villagers can't get jobs so they can never trade.
You couldn't put protection 3 on your helmet because you already had some form of protection on it.
Writing down coordinates is fine, most players do it. I recommend you write down coordinates of important locations.
You cannot shoot an enderman, they teleport if you ever try.

The villager was crazy because from his POV he was being chased by a giant zombified pig
One last thing to add incase Forge sees this, the dragon wasn’t bugged, she perched. For part of the fight, she rests from flying and the arrows bounce off her, so melee is the only way to do damage.

I think his live commentary is edited to sound like that, it has a certain staticy sound to it

Maybe he uses two separate microphones, and he can't use the one he uses for voice overs for PC for some reason, i saw him using a studio long micro, that thing could be really awkward to setup for gaming
It’s editing. It creates a clear delineation between what’s live vs scripted. The live sounds like he’s talking over a comms or cb radio. I think it’s a wonderful contrast and appreciate the difference. It adds depth to his videos.
@@It-b-Blair Yeah, I do notice that in most of his videos, but in this one the effect does not seem to be as evident. In his zombie video for example, it sounds much more like radio static.

BUT, they are good for breeding, so if you get a nitwit, don’t get rid of it.

You should make maps more often. You can make a map with a cartography table and a piece of paper. You can turn that map into a locator map by adding a compass to it which will allow you to see where you are in relation to everything else on the map. I don't know if this is very useful or if you refuse to use maps but I hope this helps you in some way.
- Green cloak villagers don't trade or serve a purpose other than living for the sake of it
- Loyalty makes it so the trident comes back when it lands, it increases the speed of returning for each level
- You can name axolotls by putting them in buckets and naming the bucket of axolotl in an anvil, they also are hostile to most aquatic mobs
also the glowing octopus are known as glow squids who drop glowing ink (idk the exact name) which u can apply onto signs and stuff to make the text glowing (idk if there are other purposes)
the pig monsters that walk on lava are known as striders and u can put a saddle on them and guide them with warped fungus on a stick
the actual pig monsters that killed the pigmen are hoglins and the new pigmen are piglins, there are different types of them

@Rocky Edits The helmet had projectile protection, all protection enchantments are exclusive to each other, so if you have Protection, you can't add pojectile protection, blast protection or fire protection to that piece of armor

Curse of vanishing just means that when you die, that item doesn’t drop, it just vanishes. It really doesn’t matter for hardcore mode. Loyalty is for tridents and means when you throw it, it will return to you.

Nitwit is a unique type of villagers that can spawn in any village. Players can differentiate between them and other villagers by inspecting their appearance. Nitwits go to sleep and wake up roughly 2000 ticks after every other villager. They also don't gather around the bell when it rings.

curse of vanishing basically makes an item disappear after dying, and curse of binding will make armor get stuck on the player until it breaks or they die

@James Huy Curse of binding is only for armor. It's literally a 3 second Google search away.
@@casey8898 it only WORKS on armor meaning the ONLY the EFFECT WORKS on armor you can still put Curse of Binding on tools it just wont do anything.
Curse of binding can be found on tools but they can still be removed from your inventory the same way armor you havent worn yet can be removed from the inventory curse of binding only works on things you wear once you wear them
also yeah i know stuff about curse of binding but not about curse of vanishing since i didnt really care about vanishing
@James Huy yes it can be put on tools but it doesnt do anything
1: Endermen spawn naturally in the Nether, and it's actually a decent place to farm them since you don't have to wait for night.
2: You didn't do anything wrong with the villager, it was just your bad luck that he spawned as a Nitwit, villagers with green tunics that don't trade and never work.
3. Different nether portals are supposed to go different places, but there's a bug in the current versions (and I think it's been around for a while) that makes portals within a certain area connect to each other. Pain in the ass when you're trying to make a travel system...
4. When the dragon comes down to the portal and stays there for a while, it isn't bugged, and is only vulnerable to melee attacks and explosions.
I didn't even know before that a zombie villager can turn into a nitwit, that's some bad luck aright

the "glitch"with the water being in the glass pains and stone walls isn't actually a glitch, in the aquatic update the game allowed blocks that weren't full blocks(like stairs,walls,slabs,glass pains,fences,fence gates,and doors) to be "waterlogged" meaning that there is a full source block of water inside the block.
How glass can retain water is a question I never thought I'd think of lol

For me its very nostalgic. Its reminiscent of when I was 12 playing the first official Alpha release with absolutely NO idea what I was doing, but loving every moment. It is still a game I play multiple times a year and these videos have helped me appreciate the game so much more!

“Curse of vanishing” means that it will disapear when you die rather then sitting on the ground, not very important in hardcore
“Loyalty” goes on tridents, so when you throw them, they’ll return to you

Loyalty is for the trident (a giant pitchfork- can get by killing a drowned(Zombie in the ocean) with a trident). It makes the trident go back into ur inventory and/or follow you if ur inventory is full.
