  • Keegan Hipgrave was medically retired from the NRL at just 24 years of age, a whole decade before he had planned to call time on the career he had set his sights on as a young man playing Australian school boys alongside some of the games form players.
His exit from the game has afforded him to the time to pursue a path he deems to be full of passion & purpose. His podcast Keegan & Company was built to normalise the conversation around mental health with elite athletes, ultimately setting an example for all Australian's who look to our sports stars as heroes & role models.
This incredibly entertaining & uplifting yarn had it all. We discuss:
The biggest lesson he learnt from being medically retired.
Keegs answers 'knowing what you do now, would you change the past if you could'?
Losing one of his best mates to suicide & how it ignited a purpose to help others.
Learning from some of the countries best athletes & sharing inspiring stories on his podcast.
All of this amongst some incredible laughs, inspiring moments & thought provoking conversation.
