Are you kidding me. 50 minutes of non stop Cowboy Ridge. Best video ever. Glad to see him getting to hang with the boys. He will earn his spurs soon. I am sure.
Little Ridgey is going to absolutely OWN his schoolteachers. My wife taught first grade and there was usually one little man that stole her heart. She loved them all but the special ones were her whole day for sure. Ridgey Boy is the one!!
What those boys are learning out there on the range will be more useful to them than most of what they’re teaching in school these days. They are growing in confidence and common sense as well as learning that you have to work hard in life to reach your goals. That’s the same way I grew up on our dairy farm.
I am so proud of these boys. Congratulations Ridge on your first cattle drive with the big boys. You know, Ridge is very comfortable and competent working around horses and heading out on the range solo. So many other children his age still have dummy suckys stuck in their mouth , can’t put two sensible words together, and have little sense of nothing. Here’s Ridge, taking control of a large horse, following directions, paying attention and understanding everything happening around him. He talks up a storm, yahooing, and he’s larger than life. He has respect of his elder brothers who have comradeship with him. I love this family, and appreciate a hard working dirty face. Love you guys.
Not every kid is born into good parents. It's not the kids fault. How do they learn things if they don't get put into a position to learn? It's people like you raising them. You are part of the problem
Hiya ...I am writing this from Cumbria in the UK ...I justwad to complement you on your channel it is fantastic and refreshing to see no cell phones and your children are such wonderful kids ....my husband has very bad eyesight and being an engineer and an ex farmer he loves your program and it has been a life saver ...we have been raving about your site so hope you get you get more and more subscribers keep up the great work and we look forward to your next blog ...WELL DONE ...love it ...cuddles for the little ones they are sooooo cute !!!!
This was great! Ridge is going to be the best, he loves the adventures! We live a half mile from Joint Forces Training Base in Los Alamitos CA. Those fighter jets fly right down behind the house from time to time. Blue Angels and Thunderbirds are usually here once a year. Nothin better than the sound of freedom going over your head. Have a Great Day, rain looks like it's postponed until tomorrow.... so hang in there. Love to ABR 💜💜💜
Just came across this on utube. I'm In NC, but as a youth, I lived in the SW corner of OK. Was always on a horse with a gang of neighboring kids! Our rural area was laid out in mile squares, but land so flat that we could yell to the kids on the opposite side of that mile square and they would saddle up after chores and we would take off. Parents never worried about us. In fact, my folks could whistle with their hands and we could hear them 2 miles away if the ever-present wind was blowing right! Remember days just such as this. Thank you for a full utube of watching you herding kids and allowing them to herd the "less than cooperative bovine! LOL I have enough memories to actually put myself in your place which allowed me to be in the saddle again, in the sun, eating the dust. You did an awesome job talking to the young men, right down to the youngest just like they were a working crew of cowboys for sure. (and they were) You are really a great dad and a wonderful videographer!!!!LOL
.. you just KNOW those pilots are talking to each other about how they always wanted to be a cowboy when they grew up... how LUCKY those boys are. . . there aren't enough 'thumbs up' for this video, and your family. You are living my dream. . .
I sure do admire you patience and your knowledge while training these cowboys and filming while you do it, you are a pretty amazing guy! You have a fine group of men there and should be proud of them. Thanks for a top notch video - If I could give it five thumbs up I would! 🙂
Best bunch of cowboys I’ve seen since the Cartwrights on the Ponderosa!!! Mama, you must be so proud of all your men and young men. Congratulations on a beautiful family.
Best video so far! Little Ridgey is larger than life, so courageous! I couldn't dream up a better life. God has obviously Blessed Y'all. What a hard working Family and great example 👏🏻
That was an engrossing video - no complaints about the videography from me. 👍🏼 The jets flying overhead and circling around again - that was very cool! I was nervous watching Ridgey on horseback, but you all were clearly watching out for him, and the horse was so sweet. I couldn’t believe that one aggressive cow - totally fearless creature!
You and your young men are BAD ASS. Most people will never have a chance to do something like this. I' am an old guy now but would of loved to do this just one time in my life. I know it might seem like just a day to the boys and might even not want to do it. But let it be known that there is 98,690 views that are most likely people like me that would love it one time and never will. I love the look of all the equipment from the truck , trailer, and horse rigging that makes it all true to the using.
usually when plane or jet flys over and tips its wing to you it means they see you.( in your case they saying howdy) its a tactic they use in the military and also survival situations. beautiful animals and bright kids .awesome video
It's good to see you are getting Richie used to the saddle. Next you're going to have to put some tie strings hanging off the saddle so he can pull himself up into the saddle.
I’ve loved horses all my life, and I started riding at 14yo. I would have moved heaven and earth to have this experience back then! At 65 yo I’d still enjoy it! I grew up in the Mojave Desert and loved riding for hours in it. This so reminds me of home. 🙂
i’m a 14 year old girl who has grown up and is currently living in the city, sadly. Have loved horses my entire life and have always had a desire to barrel race and also ranch/heard cattle. Haven’t gotten that opportunity yet and just don’t know how to start obviously under the circumstances of living under my parents roof lol! I wish my parents had this desire like me so they would support me and help guide me but I don’t have that. Although, my dad has owned horses in the past as he lived on a farm with some cows but that was so long ago. Cant dwell on that though for I cant change that, just gotta keep working hard and one day I will make it happen. I pray to God every day i’ll be able to grow up to become a real cowgirl.
I was born and raised in Pensacola Florida and never touched a horse until I came to Arizona 31ish years ago. Now I am helping my wife manage the cattle left by her father. I can't frame houses like I did before because my wife can't manage our special needs son on her own now. I tend cattle and horses and I am around when she needs me.
Ram dad told me this. It was during w w 2. Their was a training base 20 to 30 miles from grand dad's farm. Dad was plowing with grand dad's 1927 d john deere. They were training in propeller planes. They would buzz dad from behind, he did not know they were around until they were right over him. Scared the hell out of him.
Absolutely enjoyed this. Not only was I able to watch some great ranchers but I get to see my jets. The sound of FREEDOM right there. Loved to see you work with Ridgey. You are an amazing person Ramzi. Great job boys. Love seeing some green in those bushes for you. Prayers!!!
@@anchorbrandranch No I was Security Forces that guarded these jets. We use to joke that we got to count the rivets on them while guarding them. My favorite is the F117 that was at Tonopah. They are still flying a few but most are up at the hangers at Tonopah.
I’m new to this channel, so I don’t know names yet, but the young man hanging from the horse stirrup had me cracking up. You gained a subscriber, such an adorable family.
Throughly enjoyed this video. My husband works out in the desert to. Has awesome stories of the Jets flying over. I appreciate that you showed the Desert coming back to life. I appreciate the the hard work your family is doing. Thank you for sharing !
Most men won't take time to be a dad, all they think about is profit, you sir are a great dad to these young men and young lady. ridge hung the moon. Great Job Anchor Brand Cowboys.
Looks like a great time, its awesome to see the jets out in the wild, I see/hear them at work everyday but seeing them flying above the Alaska range during hunting season is always a special treat.
I have enjoyed all of your videos. This one by far is my favorite. I have to say Ram on the pony looked mighty uncomfortable for him. Those military jets were awesome. That angry cow, does that happen often? You guys have always made it seem so easy. Anyhow Ramzi thanks to you and Laura for sharing. Great way to end my weekend.
Great job on that high headed cow you were chasing. One handed and no cuss words . At least on the video. Love how you involve the whole family. Keep up the great work.
Amazing, what a wonderful family. I don't know what y'all are doing but you're definitely doing something right, your kids are humble and very hard working. Y'all are truly a breath of fresh air for the future of this country. Truly impressive what y'all do. It made my day a whole lot better finding your RUclips videos today. Thanks so much for sharing your time and family. Wow!!! Absolutely Amazing People. Y'all take care, be safe, and have fun regardless.
All that I can say is WOW!!! You have an amazing bunch of kids there. That says a lot about you and your wife. Hats off to you guys for being amazing parents.
Wow great job Rigey congratulations on your first cattle drive. you done good little man. I love how your boys take care of each other, look out for one another. Great air show how cool 😎 was that. Love the way you tie those stirrups forward. Watching your vlogs is wonderful. Makes me smile everytime❣️❣️Thanks for sharing Ridge’s first cattle drive. You have a fabulous famiky❣️❣️
Sure looks like a beautiful day to ride horse. I sure miss riding horse, but my back hurts just watching you guys. You have a beautiful family, They sure are hard working young men. Be safe all. Love the jet show, as a kid our big metal roofed barn was on a mock bombing run, you would hear a jet coming out of the valley and turn to look, they would already be going over the next hill.
What a wonderful time with the boys l loved watching how willing the boys are to work with Dad be proud of what you have and an incredible wife, pity these city kids would learn about this.l so enjoyed
Enjoyed watching. Reminded me of my 'Glory Days' working in Alpine/Marfa area in Texas. Cattle there were a little rougher. We used blue-heeler dogs, too. Sometimes the cow would really fight and you needed a dog that wasn't afraid to get in there and literally take a bite of beef.
This was so much fun to watch! I love how the whole day was a family affair. What a great experience for your boys and the skills they are picking up are priceless. Great job Mom and Dad!
I really liked that video. I can see watching that if you had a 360 camera and it worked with a VR set up. But the jets were the best. I have many years beating up those valleys, 4 of them stationed with the 57th at Nellis. Thank you for the memories. And yes, they did come back just for you.
You are so blessed! A lot of work but what beautiful scenery, great kids. I would have loved to have lived on such a ranch! You are producing patient, self-reliant children☺️
Oh my goodness, what a great video. Redgie brought back memories of my son when he was little, a non stop talker. Even when I went to the bathroom he would be standing outside the door just a rambling on.
Thank you so much for sharing your family's adventures with us. That little guy sure made my heart smile. You are very blessed man! God keep you safe 🙏
I could watch all day, and I did! Feels like when I was in my teens and my dad and brother helped me find my love of horses and ranch work. My life didn’t take me in that direction which I regret now. I would love to be able to experience this again. My soul craves to get back to riding in the open and the work that goes with it. I’m 63, active and love the life. Your a great trainer for these kids. Your are an inspiration
Bravo and kudos to you and the way you are raising those boys. It shows in the way they show respect and dedication towards themselves, others and tasks at hand.
What an adventure! Those big Rs are so good with the little ones, it's heartwarming to see. Ridgie-bug is well on his way to being a full cowboy! Enjoyed every minute...had to finish my chore for the day before I could watch today but it was worth it. Can't wait to see what's next.
Your boys are better behaved than the HUNK OF JUNK! 😂 You have a great team of boy, you’ve taught them well. The lil cowboy is as sweet honey. It was really fun to watch you tell the boys how to and they come back with, we? Thank you for sharing, it’s was good to see the all American family doing all American cowboying.. 🇺🇸 God bless 🇺🇸
Miss you guys soooo much. I sincerely hope you are healthy and continuing doing what you love. I found great joy in watching your family ranch together, and I am sad and angry that crazy uninformed people need to impress their weird opinions. Ignore these people, they are just jealous and very needy. Be well, be happy and keep on ranching the way you do. Much love. Friends from Canada
Ok guys you guys exhaust me just watching you, oh how I love watch you little cowboys work. You are an amazing dad Ram them boys will be running the show giving dad a break in no time. Lol love the video 😀👍❤️❤️😂😂
THIS IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST VIDEOS IVE EVER SEEN..MILITARY, FAMILY, COUNTRY AND GODS WAYS OF LIFE.....BROTHER THANK U N YOUR FAMILY..GODS SPEED...just Subscr..
This would be a great way to raise your family. I would love this way of life. I had a great time at my grandparents farm. My kids were never going to understand what country life is.
So enjoyable. I use to rough ride through the Michigan woods. Lots of miles on that horse. Miles makes the horse. She was a sturdily built paint 14.2 hands. In my 20's folks said she was too small for me and I sold her. Never should have done that...never had the time again with college and work to get those miles on a horse again. Now old and reflexes not good for putting miles on a horse. Still have one though...an ornament. Two Jan ago I rode him on trails I have in the woods and fell off. Not good on the frame of my bones. He wanted to go back, I didnt, and my mind was 50 feet ahead on the trail....I just wasn't mentally even thinking he would crow hop buck. That's part of not riding for a long time. What you know is just not there exactly when you need it to come back into the mind. Third little crow buck and I flew. Remember thinking" "I think this is the big one". Ended flat on my back and sure good I had a helmet on as my head was the last to hit and it hit hard. The body said, nope you ain't moving, and there I lay....until the sun went down a little bit and the ground wasn't warm. My pal brought the ATV over and I very slowly, stop and go, crawled up the mud rails on the front. Took months for that backside to begin working well again Your video was real good...took me back to my own times riding a good horse for hours and hours and hours... Thank You.
That's some good teamwork. It's nice to see that Ridge got to help out. The jets were pretty cool too. I know they can be expensive but I think a nice drone would save you a lot of time finding cows and may even help heard them depending on how them wild ones react to it. Awesome video!
I’m glued to my screen… heartwarming and very fun to see everyone working together! Those little saddles crack me up! I’m going to buy a bigger pair of boots tomorrow!! Love and respect 🫡 💕
This was awesomeness overload! I am 69. Back in the mid/late 90s, I was into team penning (in Pennsylvania). I had a former heel horse (pretty chestnut with chrome) and later an older tri colored paint mare, also a heeler. Great horses for penning, HOWEVER, what I did and what you guys do are WORLDS APART. You are true team penners. Me? I just sort of played games on horseback with cows. Kudos to you and your seriously terrific family! I HAD to subscribe partly to get my team penning fix and partly because your vids are FUN! And my husband, totally not into horses or anything ranchy, sat mesmerized for the entire video. He LOVED it! Thanks a bunch!
Like turtle man used to say, live action right there, that ep had everything. Dam good viewing had everyone here in stitches watching those boys living their best life and cowboying up. Ridge on that horse was so cool, totally without fear, not sure about giving a 4yr old that croc Dundee knife though.
Amusing seeing the jets give you guys the fly by. Here in west Texas it happens alot. Good portion of the border is a restricted fly zone because of the Air Force Base. Training and other stuff goes on out here.
Great job... to all of you Awesome that those military flyboys saw you out there working and treated you with a flyover ✈✈😉👍 Good video... Thanks for sharing
Thanks for telling me about that, that adds to my story and I love it. I don't know if I told you but I owned 3 horses for somewhere around 10 years, an Appaloosa gelding an Appaloosa mare and a palomino and white paint. Did a lot of riding back then.
Looks like a rough bunch for sure. Thanks for being a caring father and role model for these young men. We need many more like you and your wife in our country. That roped cow might need to go to town. God bless...
Best life ever. These young men are having the best time of their lives. Reminds me of my Uncle Bud Linn, but for Uncle Bud, he had mostly girls. I learned from him, if you love what you're doing, you'll never "work" a day in your life. I can't remember ever working one day as a kid. I'll bet these boys may look back, and never remember the "work". Good job dad, and mom.
Yahoooooo! Says Ridge! He is ready to go! Even just trailing along behind dad and talking a mile a minute! That is a good bunch of boys that look after each other! That knife is just about as big as he is! Great Video!
Man a live that was my dream growing up I have rode all my life playing cowboy and still have my horses but u really have a great crew there and the best one is Reggae Bug great video keep them coming Buster Bailey East Tennessee
I was afraid for the little cowboy. I will never walk in back of a horse. They can do a lot of damage by kicking. Love your video and family. What a joy to see this on video.

I really liked that video. I can see watching that if you had a 360 camera and it worked with a VR set up. But the jets were the best. I have many years beating up those valleys, 4 of them stationed with the 57th at Nellis. Thank you for the memories. And yes, they did come back just for you.
Thank you for your service!🇺🇸
🙏🇺🇸⚓️
Cowboys: “Look, Jets!”
Pilots: “Look! Cowboys!”
@@tanonymous2557 exactly. They were stoked, I always was.
Reggie is just fabulous on that horse 🐎 he just takes everything in his stride .
We love your whole family!!! And your youngest cowboy is a doll!!!

It shows in the way they show respect and dedication towards themselves, others and tasks at hand.
i love how all the kids can do everything you have an amazing family
What an adventure! Those big Rs are so good with the little ones, it's heartwarming to see. Ridgie-bug is well on his way to being a full cowboy! Enjoyed every minute...had to finish my chore for the day before I could watch today but it was worth it. Can't wait to see what's next.
Enjoyed watching all the boys herding the cattle especially Ridge.
Your boys are better behaved than the HUNK OF JUNK! 😂
You have a great team of boy, you’ve taught them well.
The lil cowboy is as sweet honey.
It was really fun to watch you tell the boys how to and they come back with, we?
Thank you for sharing, it’s was good to see the all American family doing all American cowboying.. 🇺🇸
God bless 🇺🇸
Miss you guys soooo much. I sincerely hope you are healthy and continuing doing what you love. I found great joy in watching your family ranch together, and I am sad and angry that crazy uninformed people need to impress their weird opinions. Ignore these people, they are just jealous and very needy. Be well, be happy and keep on ranching the way you do. Much love. Friends from Canada
Nicely done! The big western directors would pay extra for that cinematography.
What fun this was to watch! Thanks for bringing us along, I think I am sweet on your little red head cowboy. 😉
That little guy of yours is just a little talker I love it and just all of it keep up the good work. 👍🏽
Ok guys you guys exhaust me just watching you, oh how I love watch you little cowboys work. You are an amazing dad Ram them boys will be running the show giving dad a break in no time. Lol love the video 😀👍❤️❤️😂😂
I used to have a buckskin polo mare, who LOVED to work cattle. Your buckskin reminds me of her, she’d go anywhere I pointed her!
Took months for that backside to begin working well again
Your video was real good...took me back to my own times riding a good horse for hours and hours and hours... Thank You.
Fun story 😜
The good times⚓️🐂🇺🇸
Great job... to all of you
Awesome that those military flyboys saw you out there working and treated you with a flyover ✈✈😉👍
Good video...
You two make beautiful babies! I love the gingers
Looks like a rough bunch for sure. Thanks for being a caring father and role model for these young men. We need many more like you and your wife in our country. That roped cow might need to go to town. God bless...
🐂🍔😜
It's good to see kids learning to ranch, and ey seem to enjoy what their doing. 🐂🐂🐎🐎🐎
Awesome family! Your a good dad teaching your boys, taking the time to explain right and wrongs, great job! I’m a subscriber for sure!
you may consider using a drone too locate your cattle, great entertainment and video. Beautiful family, God Bless ya'll
I love your videos and your great crew of cowboys!! You and your wife have so much to be proud of for how you bring up your amazing cowboys!!
I just found your channel, what an awesome video! Your boys are so skilled - great job raising them and teaching them the ways of the ranch.
Best video ever! Loved watching Ridge & the air show was great! 👍😁
Watched from beginning to end. Can’t wait for the next one.
Love your videos love what you do with those kids what a life
Just started watching your video. This is real life cowboy stuff. Great family your bring all of them up the right way. God Bless.
Never get tired of watching Ridgy, the best little cowboy in the Tick a boo valley!
