These are darling. My grandsons & I make new hand made ornaments each year for their tree at home & mine. We always have a fun time crafting. Thanks for sharing your ideas.
These are incredibly cute. I’m going to get a head start on making them for next year once I get all of my real baking done. Thanks for a great tutorial.
These are absolutely ADORABLE! I'm going to attempt to make them using your method. VIEWING HINT: I sped the video up by 1.5 and the narration is now at a pleasant speed to help hold your attention and save time.
I love these !! Thank you for sharing your talents & all you do to help people like me that need all the help I can get on fake baking.lol !!! I get so excited to see your videos pop up.I even went back & watched old one too.Take care & stay safe.God bless !!
I really enjoyed your tutorial. It was so informative! Thank you very much! May I ask how you package your cupcakes for gift-giving or to sell at craft fairs? Thank you again.
Hi.. I'm looking for a fake frosting recipe for ornamental Christmas tree cookies. The lightweight spackle I had never heard of, but love the idea! Can you tell me, does this stuff harden thoroughly, once its dried? This grandma thanks you for this video and any helpful insight.. subscribed.
@@brendawelch3846 It's a work in progress. We just got it last year after moving into a house with a very high ceiling. Once I put my regular ornaments on it, I was so disappointed because it looked bare. So I had to go buy the biggest ornaments I could find at Hobby Lobby. Now I'm just trying to fill in the gaps.
Olá sou do Brazil ... gostaria de saber o nome dessa massa pink que está no saco de confeitar... agradeço muito ... são lindos quero fazer para o Natal da minha filha esse ano ❤.
Is it from the heat of your hand? I've never heard of spackle melting. Maybe it's too wet to begin with. You could try adding some baby powder to thicken it slightly before you put it in the bag and see if that helps.
Omgosh! This is amazing! I’m doing a project with my students & it’s all about creating sweet treats. I’ve been wanting to do a cupcake & I came across your video this morning. I’m already going shopping for the supplies! 😊 About how long did it take for these to dry? Would I be able to have the kids paint & sit it aside to do a small project and then come back to it the same day to do the rest of the design?
@@Theboisebabes Lightweight is correct. I just wanted to make sure you weren't using the regular spackle because it gets really hard and brittle. Have you tried a different brand? I use Dap and haven't ever had a problem.
These only cost me about $3 each to make. They're large ornaments so you can charge a good amount for them. I paid a fortune for plain large ornaments at Hobby Lobby. Don't be afraid to charge what you're worth!
They're not real candy and I don't recommend using that because of bugs and mice. Some of mine are ones I made from clay and some are tiny styrofoam balls that I got at Dollar Tree. It's vase filler found in the Christmas section or floral/craft aisle.
These are the best ones that I have seen and you get right to it. Very nice, I'm going to make some for the grandchildren 🎉 thank you
Thank you 🥰

I don't sell mine but for gift giving I usually do a gift bag, but individual boxes would be best if they might get crushed.
I love this idea thank you for sharing.
Thank you, Nicole!

In the U.S. it's called lightweight spackling. It's used for repairing holes in walls. It comes in white and then you add paint to color it.
My spackle starts to melt in the bag while im pipping, hows does your not do that
Is it from the heat of your hand? I've never heard of spackle melting. Maybe it's too wet to begin with. You could try adding some baby powder to thicken it slightly before you put it in the bag and see if that helps.
The cupcakes are beautiful. I am going to try and fix them. I know they will not turn out as pretty as yours!!!
They'll be fabulous!
I don’t know how to use the piping bag any options
It's really not hard. A lot of my tutorials are very thorough with how to load the piping bag and how to pipe.
This is amazing Thankyou
Thank you 🥰
Really cute
Thank you!
Will these ornaments still look good in the future after being stored away?
Yes. I wrap them in bubble wrap to protect the frosting and decorations.

They look so cute on the tree!
❤so cute
Thank you ❤️
Do they break or chip?? My piping is always chipping
I've never had chipping. Are you using the lightweight spackling and not just regular spackling?
@@CassieSmallwoodyes I am using light weight, should I not be using that??

Super cute want to make some for a craft show but need to find a cheaper way to make other wise I have to charge to much.

What kind of paint and sprinkles
Are the sprinkles real candy sprinlkes
