It’s insane how influential this stream in particular would become. +2 is common nomenclature on twitch because of ONE jerma stream. He has more talent in his omega dump truck than every other streamer combined.

Something I remember about this stream is how -2 and +2 got picked up by chat, but none of the other rules were.

Back when Army of Two first came out, me and my college roommates, suitemates, were all way too into Halo 3 to really care. I didn't even think Army of Two was on my radar in 2008. My college suitemates would sneak into my room while I wasn't there and play Halo 3 without my permission, on my Xbox, but more importantly, they would look at my DVD collection. I had like 215 DVDs in alphabetical order and they would play a cruel joke where they would move two random titles in different places and see how long it would take me to notice. Yeah, I know that says a lot more about me than it does about them, but I could tell every time that was the joke. I would just scan briefly over my DVDs everyday and see if they had taken one was usually the issue wasn't-I wasn't checking to see if they put them out of order, I was checking because they would turn up MISSING. And then I would track them down and find someone across the hallway who borrowed one without asking and what do you know! The DVD is missing from inside of its jewel case! Where did it go? No one knows. Oh I found it, it's in two pieces now. No, I'm not still angry about that.

See, I always figured the +2/-2 bit was from an Event Stream of jerma's, like the one where he watches random old videos of his. What I imagined however was that a bot was assessing the chat and adding/subtracting from a score...not jerma yelling at etalyx "ALT TAB OUT OF YOUR GAME RIGHT NOW THAT WAS A PLUS TWO JOKE RIGHT THERE!!" every other minute. Absolutely breathtaking. Nobody has done it like him.

The game is really cool, but I don't know how it can be the most favorite game for anybody

Reason it is one of my favorite games is because it's an arthouse game with fantastic art direction and atmosphere, and I enjoy its view of city life, meditation on violence, urban isolation, and its light environmental storytelling that indicate a dystopian reality of a city's society.
I also enjoy the lengths the game goes through to make the player feel uncomfortable, even if it doesn't fully succeed as the combat is tense and enjoyable enough to carry the Arcade mode.
I really enjoy this stream and like to watch it again from time to time. It's filled with legendary moments and jokes, plus Jerma and Etalyx is always a great pair together!
But Jesus H Christ. There's just some parts where Jerma can really get me unnecessarily pissed off, especially near the beginning. Idk why but it happens almost every viewing lol
