In upsc my friend, you are not only tested on subject matter expertise but also psychologically, and trust me it is way more difficult than a corporate interview. In corporate, people are not selling themselves. They’re are just telling what their skills are and how they can put some value in the company. In upsc also you are asking them what they know and what they mentioned about their skills and educational background. Well she takes mock upsc interviews, so obviously she’ll be biased towards it.
In corporate interview we have technical round and HR round. But still we try to bring in some points in intro to steer the interview in that direction which we have prepared well. 90 percent of the time the interviewer take the bait.
