I bought mine at the exact same time as you and there's no way I can justify buying a new phone. I've yet to notice any slow down even after multiple software updates. The battery is still going strong too.

At times the s20 fe's telephoto lense brings in better detail than the s23 fe's telephoto! I do notice though that the s23 fe has slight better image processing on the wide angle lense! Main camera it can vary and look almost similar time to time. Im beginning to believe newer phones are just about extra speed now

My bf has the 20FE and he always complains about the Camera. I told him the camera quality looks pretty great on those youtube comparison videos but he said the videos were lies 🤣🤣🤣. I checked the phone myself and the main cameras are pretty decent, however, the front camera's are blury and not that great. I should also mention the poor battery performance on the S20FE but to be fair, he uses his phone heavily.
Yes, and no. The improved internal cooling of the S23 FE makes it a better phone than the S22+. The Snapdragon 8 v1 (We have the U.S. version, can't comment on the exynos version) does not have the over-heating issues in the S23 FE that it did in the S22, resulting in improved operation as well as better battery run-time.
I've come so close to upgrading from S20fe to 23fe. Lack of MicroSD support has kept me from doing so. 23fe 128gb memory just isn't enough. Hopefully the future S24fe will have more memory.

What makes a phone premium is its internals and sturdy body frame so it doesn't bend or kink and just having a piece of glass on the back doesn't really help. Glass is considered premium because producers made people think so, they just have an excuse to charge more and it's convenient for them and pays off to make these glass sandwiches.

Man I wanted to upgrade but now in this video I see how horrendous those S23 FE rounded corners are. They are so rounded that they are cutting off actual game content (some game icon in the menu). What the heck is this, in 2 years they will fully morph into circle shape phones!
So the S21 FE is currently retailing in Sweden for 7990 SEK (price correct as of today, 2023-11-09). If Samsung thinks Imma give up my S20 FE which I bought for 5990 SEK for an S23 FE which I can't see retailing for anything less than 8990 SEK, they are in for quite a disappointment. How hard is it to make a phone which ticks all the boxes like Huawei P20 Pro did back in the day, and STILL managed to do that at an affordable price level? Must I really go for a Poco device or a Redmi???
Hmmm...this is not a big upgrade over the s20fe....i like the new design for sure, the s23fe looks styleish (i hope i wrote it corectly). The major downside for the s20fe is the cpu...in europe is exynos which if i recall right, for the s23 is exynos 2200, just a little better than snapdragon 865. Too little of an improvement. Of course, if you come from an older model, like an s10 or something, the s23 fe would be a big improvement i assume. For me, who have s20fe, not that much. Thanks for the comparision.

Adreno 865 still goes strong, expandable storage is a must, camera is insanely good especially for video recordings as I know few people who use it as a blogging cam. I use developer mode and turn off animation for ultra smoothness and it feels like butter. Sounds great with dolby and the dex feature is still a thing I use most weeks. Pretty sure you can side load new rom to the s20 Fe also. Emulation is great for Wii. Wifi is great and stays connected. Charges within two hours. Like I can't even complain yet the phones awesome, I got a 13 as a upgrade and a week later switched back just because this still beats an iPhone 13.
It won't have micro SD support either. SD cards on A series only. You will have to downgrade regardless. MicroSD is 2018 feature. @@mrigankabaishnab2357

It is only better because it is brand new. S20 fe brand new has better battery life. The chip in the s23fe is power hungry but has been optimized with top tier cooling n good standby time
I just brought the Samsung s23 fe yesterday. the processor can handle heavy graphic games like codm & genshin impact fantastic on high graphic settings. it also can emulate really well. the only downside is the device gets very hot when gaming. I'm also not that impressed with the the battery life. it's not bad but coming from my moto g stylus 2021 5g, I can tell the difference between the 5k and 4.5k battery
S21fe screen is better than s23fe, s23fe screen makes a rainbow, when you watch from sides on white colour, same like a54, very annoying. S21fe screen is flagman ❤

S23 has better color grading & photo calibration in most of the shots & a little more details but not a huge difference from the s20 😅
