Loved the video and your technique and skill. My first time seeing the "knife tape" used. Pretty cool.
I'd suggest investing in one more step stool, so i could just walk back and forth along the whole legnth of the vehicle. Save that up and down, move it around. Unless you like the exercise. Lol
Thanks for watching!
Awesome project Steve!

Great job, would love to know how you create your templates, especially on this job. Do you use purchased vehicle templates or do you create them?
Thanks! For a custom job like this you need to make your own template. I started with the flat horizontal lines and then measured the angles pieces off of those lines. For standard vehicles I use templates for design purposes but always double check the actual vehicle before printing to confirm sizes. I hope this helps!
I wipe my rollers with a micro fiber and also a swiffer duster but never any liquid. Interested in knowing more about that.
Hey George - I appreciate your input on that! I did get the Rubber Rejuvenator and used it once so far. They did clean up nicely but the stuff it pretty potent so its best to have some ventilation while using it! I'll give an update after a few months of using it.
Same, I’ve never used anything on my laminator. Just dust it off. Sometimes I’ll use scrap vinyl and wrap around the roller to pick up fine dust.
Would a wet application be easier?
I don’t believe so. Plus this film cannot be installed wet because it has air egress.
Im sure you know, but when loading vinyl into the summa it doesn't matter which end you load first as the barcodes are unique on each end, and go produce should automatically orient it correctly.
Yes! For some reason I normally don’t scan the barcodes I’ve always opened the file manually but maybe I should to save time!
@@stevethegraphicsguy Hi Steve, do you think you can do more design videos and flexi software demo?
Do you have something specific you want to see?
@@stevethegraphicsguy Anything like creating designs. Or adding cut lines and using flexi in general. I find those videos are hard to find.
