This is why when men get older, they are more successful, and when women get older they are more miserable because they wasted the infinitesimal amount time they have to be wives and mothers.

This goes way back to the Robert Kraft days, I think this is way deeper than the first time. Hell I’m 32 and don’t feel right within my moral compass even looking at a girl below 25. This is a really chalked up situation in my eyes.
Many decades ago when I was 18 years old my boss, in his 50's or 60's, was hitting on me. #1 It creeped me out and #2 I was insulted that it even occurred to him that I would be interested. It was gross. I left that job.
People saying “24 is not a child”, “she’s grown” or “it’s not against the law” is totally missing the point.
Jason is making the point that both morality and honor is above civil law (even though civil law and morality sometimes agree). We can’t allow our life choices to be based solely on civil law.
First: People saying, “It’s not against the law” fail to realize that our country’s moral fiber erodes because we move primarily according to civil. In other words, “ if it’s not against the law, it’s OK to do”.
Second: People that say, “Well, the Bible doesn’t say it’s a sin to date a much younger woman” have to realize that non-sinful actions can be unwise.
Third: The people saying, “They are both adults” are either young themselves or don’t have children that are teenagers or older.
I am 42 years old with a 14 year old daughter. Anybody young enough to be her High School classmate should clearly be off limits despite it being legal.

You'll never admit this, but I don't blame you. If I was a single man with no kids, and all I had to choose from were women in their 50s, I wouldn't marry either! While I completely agree with your statement…unfortunately a situation like this “does” matter. It’s starts at the ground level…and if we don’t have men of principle leading, you end up where we’re currently headed smh!
You can’t save the country without changing the culture. And it’s very important for older men to be an example to younger men and vice versa for women. We’re seeing more and more juvenile, childish behavior from men and women over the age of 50.
