Dehumidifier is what that room needs. We have 2 in our ranch style home. You would be surprised at the amount of water they pull. We recycle the water by pouring it in the flower beds. The room is beautiful!
Just a little tip from an Interior Architect/Designer. When you are basically using material from two different "lots" - as you did with the flooring - the best way is to open both packages and mix it up. Use some from both packages randomly. That way, your slight color difference won't show at all.

We’re expecting some really bad weather here in Florida winds gusting up to 75 miles to 80 miles an hour during the week you guys stay safe out there. It really looks like a sunroom now a place to relax reflect and enjoy.

When you renovate alone in the room, you appreciate the house more. And it's also fun to do house repairs and renovate the house, I like the result of the room.
