Sonic Triple Trouble was developed by Aspect and published by Sega for Game Gear in the year 1994. It's the first Game Gear exclusive Sonic title.

This one was a nice surprise when I ended up purchasing a used copy of sonic gems collection a few years ago. It's one of the most enjoyable games on the handheld imo, and even if that 16 bit fan remake exists the original is still worth revisiting
I never really liked sonic games. I played 2 entries from that series and I think I am done atp. Your video was great to watch 😊
Didn't know you did sonic videos. I've actually 100%'d every single one of them up to 2014 where I stopped playing sonic games (besides mania) now I just play these games casually. (Yup even got all achievements in Sonic 06, HD Unleashed and Wii Unleashed, including all the DS n GBA games to.)
Triple Trouble for me is one of my favourites, for one it's one of the easiest sonic games but also it's the debut of one of my favourite villains/favourite furry sonic character, Fang the Hunter (Dr Eggman will always be better which is why I mention furry lol)
I love thief characters especially rodent villains, especially with all that dripin' style he has. Also he has Wile E Coyote vibes with using vehicles, weapons n traps. Also in role playing games I tend to favour playing rogue/pirates/thief type characters.
Oh yeah out of the 40 Episodes I've done 11 are about Sonic games 😁
Woah. I played this on a plug 'n' play way back when! Totally forgot about it.
That and Sonic R was the games I played the most on the Gems Collection. It's a really well made Game Gear game for what it offers.
For me it was Sonic CD and Sonic R. Still listen to R's soundtrack regularly in my car 😂

I always wanted to play this as a kid but didn't get a chance to until the Sonic Origins Plus release last year. It was good, I thought. Will I ever play it again? Maybe not but it was very enjoyable. Now all they need to do is bring Chaotix and SegaSonic the Hedgehog to modern consoles and I've got all the 90's output, as it should be

this should have been a master system release in 1994 as should have drift racing the following year. sonic chaos should have been game gear only release and sonic spinball should have been a megadrive only release. sonic fighters should have been ported onto the saturn as should have knucles chaotix and sonic rivals 2. if the dreamcast had been around it would have played host to sonic heroes, sonic rush adventure and sonic unleashed. if sega released a small version of the game gear instead of the nomad it would have played host to sonic rush, sonic battle and sonic advance 3. sonic advance 1 could've been one of the games sega put out on the neo geo aes. sonic advance 2 would have been a better bet for the saturn rather than the isometric marble madness approach of sonic 3D if sonic Xtreme could not be done on the saturn.
