As a mother of 4, cup holders on the stroller are very helpful. especially 2 of them. one for the person pushing and one for the baby bottle. And Nick being so involved with the buggy and car seat selection is amazing.
Absolute must haves: nasal aspirator, some drops for the tummy (I use espumisan for the babies), mittens - tons of mittens coz as much as we'd love to it is just impossible to cut these tiny nails (I swapped to electric nail fail but still grows sooooooooooooo fast!), nappy creams rather than baby talc ( I use bepanthen, weleda and sudocream the most) Clothes made from stretchy materials, I have so many beautiful baby clothes which I never put on my daughter coz it is just too much pain, comfort over the looks!! Long sleeve body that has build in mittens are the best coz babies wont take them off like they do with mittens and pyjama bottoms that cover the feet too as it is just more comfortable to sleep in than putting the socks on separately. That's all the things I swear by. My daughter will be 4 months soon :)
Jazz, I am so happy for you. You are going to do amazing as a mum and Nick is going to be a hilarious dad. A cute baby idea for you. Pick a teddy for the baby, for the first week or 2 take a picture of baby with the teddy every day. Then move to once a week for a couple months, then every month until the first year. Then take one with the teddy every year on their birthday. You get to see how they grow in comparison to the size of the teddy, and it is so cute. Have a beautiful and Merry Christmas. May the new year bring you so much Joy and laughter!
As someone who worked at a baby store for 10 years, nuna is a great brand! As long as you install the car seat properly, you're good and as long as you can easily fold and unfold your stroller you're set! Play with them. You need to be comfortable with it!
An fyi on the jeans , I wore them the entire pregnancy of twins ( many many years ago) and as your tummy grows unbutton the sides and tie cute ribbons through the button hole and metal buttons. They were my most comfy go to for sure . Love you Jazzy from an over sixty grandma
Watching this as I hold my 3 week old who is dozing off. I HIGHLY recommend getting a stroller fan. It was a godsend when I was in labor and after I had baby. The hospital was quite warm and the fan helped me sleep. Also more burp clothes than you think you need lol
I am happy that you're having a baby. This is the first time I'm seeing you and I hope Nick is just as happy, which I know he is cuz he's such a great guy. He does makes the cutest couple and I will pray that you will get and easy delivery and that book you and the baby healthy
Tell nick there’s a special technique to hold a car seat so you don’t hurt your arm hands and shoulder , also try to get a car seat that spins rotates in the car so your not hurting your back getting baby in and out
Pregnancy brain is real! Be gentle to yourself! My biggest regret with buying baby stuff is I bought a fairly expensive crib and change table thinking I would be having multiple children who would use it. Unfortunately, my back which had problems before became so bad I was unable to have any more after my first and she refused to sleep very much in her crib. Oh well, she’s 23 now and worth every penny! ❤ My bff’s regret was buying a stroller that took up her entire trunk (boot?). She couldn’t grocery shop and take her stroller if she wanted so you might want to consider that too. You guys are going to be great! I can’t wait for more videos on your journey.
We went with Nuna Tavo stroller and Nuna Pipa Lite RX infant carseat! It was so worth it to have the Lite version of the carseat because it was SO much heavier to carry around baby than we expected so the lighter carseat made it a bit easier for all the doc appts. For the Nuna Tavo (and there's another model that's super similar too), it's a bummer not to have the cup holder BUT we got the Itsy Ritsy stroller caddy and it was amazing! It was around $23 USD and had 2 (soft) cup holders, ample center space to hold phones and/or snacks and a front zipper pocket to store silicone toy straps (that you "tie" around toys so they don't fall on the ground when baby drops their pacifier or toys). We fit tons of groceries in the bottom basket of the Tavo as well lol! Our daughter was super comfy in both of these and they're so well made (stroller has amazing suspension for a smoothe, comfy ride) but we do regret that the carseat was so pricey and was not useable after 32lb/32inches (around 1.5yr old for our daughter because she's huge lol). Consider a convertible carseat if you have the budget and don't mind a little less fabric quality/comfort/lightweight-edness during baby days lol. Nuna does have a convertible now buts it's much pricier! Edit: the Nuna Tavo doesnt feel huge when open but if you have a small car, it takes up a lot of space in the boot/trunk (it filled 3/4 of our Kia Forte sedan trunk)
Jazz you are bloody glowing, you look amazing, so happy for you both. Half the stuff they tell you, you will need you’ll end up using once, get the true essentials, and pick things up when baby’s here if you find you need it. I wasted so much money on things I never ended up using. Xx
We had our rainbow baby last year (Elijah). The BEST things we bought were a newton breathable mattress (and sheets) Graco 360 car seat (it swirls 360 and goes from infant to 5years old), tommie tippee bottles and pacifiers.
Having a baby around Christmas is magical and stressful at the same time 😂 we spent our first Christmas just thw two of us in the hospital but this year our daughter will be 3 on the 22nd of December and I just always try my best organizing Christmas and her birthday soo separately, always trying my best not to feel that I didn't get her enough presents for either Christmas or for her birthday 😂 I search for wrapping paper like a maniac that is not Christmas related because it's her birthday not just Christmas 😁
I'm so happy for you guys!! You look so adorable with your baby bump growing so big!! ❤❤ You can always put a 5 pound sack of flour in the car seat and see which one will be more comfortable for you to carry. Some people like the straight handle and some like the S curved better.
Okay I've obviously missed a few videos! So so happy for you 🎉🎉🎉you two are going to be such amazing parents ❤ Congratulations 👏🎉❤ & Happy Birthday 🎈🎂🎉
I'm totally the same with getting bored of food that every bite tastes the same. I don't get on well with soup for that reason, it has to have croutons and bread to give it a bit of variety. The dungarees are cute!
One thing to consider with the buggy, is the height of the handle. My husband is 6’ 2”, so not crazy tall. But tall. And a lot of the buggy’s had handles that were uncomfortably low for him. So get Nick to test out the buggy to make sure the handle is a good height for him. It’s something I’m glad we considered when picking out our travel system
Whatever pram you get, I wouldn’t recommend using the car seat you get with the pram as they usually don’t give the best fit for babies, the avionaut pixel pro is incredible!!
Lots of burp towels (I call them spit shields). I ended up using them for so many things along with burping. My youngest (31m) just got married in May. Thinking of things I found handy takes me back to when my boys were babies…such memories 💜💜💜
I love my Nuna! Been using it since birth and my baby is 10 months old now. We had the bassinet until he was 10 weeks old then moved him into the main seat as he preferred sitting up and it is suitable from birth anyway (which was a factor into choosing it). We didn't get the removable car seat though and chose a Joie ispin isofix 360 that is suitable from birth to approx 4 years old. Whilst a removable car seat can be useful it isn't recommended to keep a baby in them for long periods of time. We would instead use the Snugglebundl for transfer between carseat/pram/cot and then we also had a lovely sling carrier. These days we use a Tula carrier as it is sturdier and also holds my 2.5 year old niece! I prefer that carrier in particular as you can use front or back to carry as it isn't recommended to forward face a baby on front carry too ❤
You have to be confident in yourself and trust in yourself get what you know you need and get what you want. There is no right or wrong. If you are too hesitant, the time will come and you won't have what you need. Trust in yourself you will be a great mom and Nick will be a great dad. The ornament is super cute. You do need to get a car seat a diaper bag bottles diapers get stuff when you see it on sale, etc. etc. etc.. I'm sure you will get a lot of stuff from friends and family. That'll help out as well. Don't be scared just jump into it. You got this!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🤩🤩🤩💕
OMGGGG I just found you are pregnant. Congratulation, im so happy for you ❤❤❤❤❤. I have been watching your videos for so many years and its a beautiful surprise learning you are pregnant 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Primark muslins are the one! 100% cotton, stay SO SOFT after washing they are honestly my fave ones! But honestly you can’t go wrong with them you need so many and they get covered in all sorts anyway 😂
Must have product.... mummy and daddy thermal mugs so uoi can have a nice hot cuppa to keep you going. Remember to look after yourselves along with your new blessing 🥰🥰
What every pram you get, make sure it’s easy to fold down. I thought I got a great pram until I had to fold it down and had to have a fight with it to get it down. I’m so excited for you both 😊😊
Car seats I made a massive mistake and cost us a fortune... we ended up buying 2 and in the end reselling both and buying a 360 one best buy ever it saves your back as baby gets bigger. Xx
I've had a bugaboo pushchair with both my kids, and I've loved it, but I've just changed to a joie litetrax, which is a compact all in one. Gosh I hate getting the buggy in and out of the car now, I've probably done it a thousand times 🤣 I love your videos though, takes me back to having my first and being excited to buy everything for the first time 🥰 also you can get so many clip on cupholders for buggies but in all honesty they're not really worth it because when you're outside the ground is uneven and my drinks spill everywhere 😅
Just remember you might not be able to lift a baby capsule (I had bad tears and wasn't allowed to lift more than bub. And same with a caesarean)my doctor told me not to lift anything for 3 months 😐 But I'm so happy that you're having such a joyful pregnancy 🧡🧡🧡
Love the ending of you just eating a slice of pizza and it cutting there 🤣 pregnancy life honestly so glad everything’s going well your absolutely glowing and that dungarees is stunning!❤
that outfit is soo nice , love a dungaree when pregnant, feel its a must do . feel like it will fit you longer because you can undo a popper on the side and the straps must loosen more to make more comfy downstairs

Knowing your pregnancy is going so well is making my heart so happy 🥹❤️🙌
Same!! ❤️
Especially after what they’ve been through!
Love how nick has gone full on daddy mode checking specifications and practicalities of prams 😆 🤣 u can tell he's beaming as much as you're glowing
It's odd being so happy for someone I don't know but I'm so happy for you and Nick.🎉❤ wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy!!

Cup holders are actually super important to have in a stroller
Agreed along with the tray for the littles too! Going threw that always snacking stage its a must!
I just love how much Nick loves you and pumps you up ❤️

My son and his fiance just had their 2nd child today. I'm a Grammy to 2 adorable little girls. All the cute outfits for Christmas. One love.

I am also newly pregnant and was thinking I haven't seen jazz in a while. And look here you are
Car seats I made a massive mistake and cost us a fortune... we ended up buying 2 and in the end reselling both and buying a 360 one best buy ever it saves your back as baby gets bigger. Xx
We have a Nuna and it's great. So easy to use and holds up over time. Great great pushchair xx
God bless you and your family so happy for you. I hope you have the most wonderful blessed holiday season. Congratulations.🎉❤🙌🏻🙌🏻🙏🙏🤩🤩❤️🎄
Happy birthday mummy to be hope you've had a lovely day and Nick has looked after you xx
Tell nick you can buy clip on cup holder trays for like £30, so get the pram you want
Happy late Birthday! Hope you had the best day ever!

I got some little muslin squares from Amazon which was great for little spit ups and stuff rather then having to use a big one each time xx
Aaww the bump is sooo cute xxx
Love our Nuna set! Used it for 2 kids :) you can always get a cup holder attachment to add onto to the Nuna!
congratulations we know you will be a great mom!

Just remember you might not be able to lift a baby capsule (I had bad tears and wasn't allowed to lift more than bub. And same with a caesarean)my doctor told me not to lift anything for 3 months 😐
But I'm so happy that you're having such a joyful pregnancy 🧡🧡🧡

Got a Nuna for my grandson born last year, highly recommend!
Love the ending of you just eating a slice of pizza and it cutting there 🤣 pregnancy life honestly so glad everything’s going well your absolutely glowing and that dungarees is stunning!❤
You should go for the bugaboo fox 5 it is the most comfortable to push. Im so happy for you two this baby is already so loved❤❤
If I can give you any tips it's when you buy a push chair make sure you can push it one handed, that's a tip ny friend gave me. And was a great tip!
that outfit is soo nice , love a dungaree when pregnant, feel its a must do . feel like it will fit you longer because you can undo a popper on the side and the straps must loosen more to make more comfy downstairs
haha just sent this further into video 😂

I highly recommend a bugaboo pram in all honesty, especially the bugaboo donkey x it’s handy with the big basket as well as the side basket as I use the side basket as a nappy bag x
Im so glad your ok ❤️❤️❤️😊
