A lot of these places are definitely more out-of-the-way, soI understand why people skip any of them. But I still don’t understand the slide of Pattaya.
Koh Chang was always my smoke season getaway from Chiang mai M… a few old expats living there they told me it was like Phuket 30 years back. There’s a quarry in Chiang mai turned into a water park called Grand Canyon - same company maybe. Enjoy serg!
It's great to see you on another tour! You are a legend! Very excited to watch your travels down south. Also, that is a VERY interesting temple over the water and skywalk.
Iv never been to Rayong. It’s looks great Serg . The temple is stunning . Nice hotel and the view 👌. The airplane coffee shops 👏 well worth it for the experience. I’m still laughing about the Twitter clip 😂 enjoy the next leg of your trip I’m on to the next vlog now 😊
@@LifewithSerg I hear ya. It's easy to 'want' new pieces and quickly form a collection. Was there a big hype still for the Moon Swatch or has that died down over in Thailand? Can't go wrong with a simple collection for your lifestyle in BKK. A good for everywhere Casio is best!
Wowwww, Serg, that's a good but wild find of your new destinations which we couldn't find on our visiting guides easily ....truly amazing temple by the sea 🌊 , looks fabulous and interesting...the Thai Grand Canyon is another awesome sight to behold....the Coffee War inside those planes are just simply does it...many things to see and cherished but most important we can buy some of these stuffs...for real...l am thrilled and looking forward to visit this gigantic pieces of monuments when l visit Thailand 🇹🇭 next year...thanks Serg for the splendid affairs on the luxurious hotel at a price you can't refuse....
Hi Serg! I actually stayed at the exact hotel in Rayong back in April of this year. I stayed in a room just like yours but mine had a wraparound balcony facing the beach. Unfortunately, I had an uninvited guest in the room, a huge cockroach in the bathroom that the hotel personnel could not kill. It kept running into a drain. In Thailand, having a cockroach in your hotel room is no big deal. In the States, the hotel would be shut down for fumigation! I just returned to SoCal from a month-long trip to Thailand in November. I miss it already! I am planning a trip in October 2024 for another month!
Yeah, this is a great hotel. Did you know they had a bowling alley, karaoke room, and pool tables that you can use as well inside the hotel? Breakfast is legit. You had the super pimp room. I got the Junior Pimp room. Lol
7:16 there is a sign show Sattahip. You may check out this area too. Sattahip is a small town and also an establishment of Thai navy. There are some beautiful beaches responsible by tha Navy in the area and small island called Same-sarn island that allowed people to visit. (BTW visiting Same sarn Island is quite complicate, should bring thai friend if you want to visit)
Nice video Serg! Wat Hong Thong (sorry if I misspelled it) is really interesting, went there a few months ago. Going to have to try the coffee place sometime, it looks pretty cool.
Enjoy your new adventure Serg! You gonna love koh Chang's roads on the motorbike.. Kho kood is absolutely lovely.. Can't wait to see the coming videos 👍
Hi Serg, I would like to recommend you to come to the Red Cross Fair 2023 Lumpini Park 8-18 Dec. This event is at Lumpini Park. There's a lot of interesting food. Don't miss it.
I used to stay at the same hotel in Rayong, Kantary, belongs to the Cape House/Cape Panwa Group of hotels. Love their rooms as they always have like a pantry. ❤❤😊😊
That Coffee War place looked a cool thing to check out. Very nostalgic. That hotel looked amazing with a great location. Can't wait to see what you coming next in your videos.
You will love Koh Kood for sure. Koh Kood is my favorite place . I always go there when I need to rest and recharge. Calm island, clear sea, beautiful sandy beach.Wishing you have fun and safe trip.
Oh yeah, you made it to this temple, Wat Hong Thong, finally. This is the temple in the sea that i told you about in the comments of your previous trip that you'reriding your motorbike around Sumutprakhan province area. 😊 Be safe and have a great adventure 🙏👍😃
Great video Serg!! That airliner museum place looks very interesting. I'm off on a road trip to Kho Chang in mid to late January. I love Kho Chang with a passion, my favourite Thai island so far. 😊
I've been this temple and walk around gold pagoda prior they build glass walk way a few year a go. If i'm not wrong this temple and the area was land but sea water destroy the land due to sea level and water tide.
I’m sorry I should’ve made that more clear. I’m only going down to the border. I am not crossing the border. Cambodia will be a whole separate trip. I will fly in and explore from the main city.
Interesting hotel in Rayong! Hope the swim was good... Rather than staying in Rayong, most Bangkok weekenders go to Koh Samet, which is a very nice island, the nearest place to Bangkok where you feel you are on a tropical island!
Looks like a glorified junk yard that’s done well at drawing a crowd. Not my thing but I’m sure it’s interesting for those who have never been in an airplane. I would certainly have spent all my time at the hotel you chose and on the beach
I love seeing stuff like that, so that coffee shop was very interesting. I’ve never seen something that grand before. I’m definitely spending the time on the beach. However, the best is yet to come as I will be going to Koh Chang Island and spending almost a whole week there.
I’ve been to Pattaya many times and I’ve visited many of the interesting places there. I’ve made three or four videos about it already. But now, I don’t need to go there again unless I’m gonna go to walking Street or to go party. I just don’t really care for Pattaya at all.
In the past, France had disputes with Thailand over territory and occupied Trat Province. King Rama V relinquished the provinces of Siem Reap and Battambang, as well as the Tonle Sap provinces that were controlled by Thailand at the time in exchange for allowing Trat independence to return to Thailand. which has an area of 50,000 square kilometers. While Trat Province has an area of only 2,819 square kilometers. For just one reason because there are Thai people living there And that made the people have a lot of love for the monarchy. travel safely.
I typically pick roots that have less big trucks on them. They don’t bother me, but it’s usually the most boring route. So for this trip I went along the seat board. It still was pretty ugly, but at least I didn’t have to look at a bunch of factories.
Thanks for the feedback. I’ll keep that in mind when I go back next year. I now finally created an account after all these years so now can finally subscribe to your channel. Love the channel
@LifewithSerg were in Trang, a long way off. Going to Vietnam in January. You should try Vietnam, you'd love it. The Hai Giang Mcycle loop is amazing!! We love Hanoi. Old, funky a d a lot to see.

Ha ha. Glad you enjoyed that. Lmao
Chantaburi is a lovely town to explore too on your way over to Ko Chang…..
Several people have mentioned that. I will probably explore it on the way back. I haven’t quite decided yet.
Cool Swatch! A change from the timeless Casio!! I dig em both
I love watches. Just don’t have the desire to go too far down that path again. But I do miss my sub a bit.

It’s a really cool place. Enjoy!
Perfect I am planning a Motorcycle trip in Jan up route 3 but I never noticed this Temple during my planning thanks .

What a place I would love to go there and enjoy all the planes and all of the rest but as I don't drive or ride guess I just enjoy it though your eyes
It was a very cool place. If you’re in the area you can get someone to take you there, I think you would really enjoy it.
@@LifewithSerg oh I would enjoy it is it far from Bangkok?
Serg there is also a Laser etched Buddha about 8klms from Coffee Wars
