im using cadlink and im still learning but i cant seem to get the white underbase to work please any suggestions will help at this point

Can you help me please?
I have tried everything. Nothing has worked. I cannot for the life of me get any white in the back. I've put 10 passes under white and nothing. I've cleaned out my white tanks and nozzles. Done plenty of nozzles checks after and nothing. I have Version 10.7.

Hi are you making sure you are clicking on the print color and white boxes when you get to the print screen? You can change the passes but both must be checked

@@bossydiva1016 thank you for the response. Yes I have done it with checking the boxes and tried also without it. I feel like I have done everything. I do also have the Epsom 8550.
