I think there is an age/life style gap here. Hecs is about business, moving to suburbs and having space for the family. The guys want to go out, do crazy staff and live in cool place. they are totally in different face in their lives...and that is completely ok. However one should organise staff so that people can focus on the staff they enjoy. I think hecs maybe forgot a bit what these young guys need and where they are in their life. You should not put them in office space cubicle.
as a fan of optic i personally love the underdog story, watching the cod team throughout bo2 and into ghosts build up the hype and love of watching the guys and when they won the first xgames it was the most hype moment ever and once they started winning everything it stopped being fun to watch because they were just so dominate you always knew what was going to happen they were going to win. the underdog cinderella story is always more fun to be a fan of which is why when the teams are struggling as a fan i get it its what happens you just have to trust the process and the success is coming. I dont understand why you guys arent doing what the creatures used to do. they all had their own rooms in a house like the scuf house but all went to work in an office building that had sound proofed rooms so they could all record seperately, and had one large conference room that they set up for live streams where they would all gather or a majority would gather and stream or the room would be used for stuff like optic plays. what Optic is doing is not them inventing it, it has been done already now and Optic needs to take some notes.

But they got two new houses, recruited more content creators, and even if they all aren't uploading regularly there are so many of them that someone in Faze is releasing a video that day. So there is never nothing coming from them. They have rappers and athletes wanting join Faze or have joined them. They have rappers, athletes, and actors on their podcast. They are grinding on the content side of things. I don't know anything about any of their pro teams. I don't watch game plays. On a side note, Nadeshot is like the OpTic success story. At one point he was equal to all the former pro players. He grinded on his own with out a BIG team name behind him and now look... he owns his own f#€king team! Any one of these guys could've came up like him. Nade didn't get lucky, he worked really hard. I hope all these guys figure it out and get to that level of success. This should motivate them to step up their game. Having OpTic in their name doesn't seem to be making big moves for them. 😔
