One of the best tutorials I’ve seen in a long time you got straight to business and didn’t do a whole bunch of talking before you started and you took your time you explained what you were doing. Great job wonderful hair, and color.
Hi Brandi, thank you for finally giving some love to our gray-haired ladies! The blending process you created was great; and Renada's hair turned out spectacular with lots of natural shine. I appreciate the explanation of why some women gray much faster than others, and some, not at all. Now that we are having hotter weather in NY, I hope to have some options to make my 85% of gray, 5% of white, 10% of natural dark brown and auburn residue on the ends, look beautiful using blends of auburn, cinnamon, and bronze tones. Please be so kind to show another tutorial for the women who have over 60% of gray hair. Thank you.
I have had black hair all my life and have been dealong with gray since 20. Why did it never occur to me to go lighter? After 2-3 weeks those gray roots start popping up and like you said it's such a huge contrast with the black hair.
Another gorgeous result! I love the way you choose blonds that actually complement your client's complexions. Going blond is not a "one size fits all thing" - no one person can wear any blond. A good color match is key to avoid looking 🤪. So many people (including some who are licensed stylists) don't seem to grasp that concept. I wish you could get a hold of some of the sistahs I see out here on these streets looking like they are wearing a Halloween wig on their heads. Bless their hearts. 😄
Great job! I can’t wait to start doing color. I’m in cosmetology school now and I’m so excited to actually put my knowledge to work!! Great informational video! ❤
Haha I had to search for a video like this I’ve never dyed my hair i’m 41… but lately my hair line has been getting silver strands .. it just dawned on me that I should dye my hair lighter and that’s how I got here…
Hello beautiful sis thank you so much for this knowledge. I am only halfway into your video and I’ve learned so much and information that I can use I thank you so much
Me starring at my box of black dye. I need to do something different. Turning 40 really escalated the grays. 😞 I only go to salon once or twice a year. How often would you have to come back for this color?
Hello! Beautiful job! I’ve learned a lot through your channel! Just curious to know what made the difference in your weave outs that you placed in foil sheets vs the hair that you left out? Were they both blonde solutions? But the hair without foil to not lift as quick Or were you alternating between blonde solutions and color? I hope my questions were formatted correctly, forgive me if otherwise.
Hello there, and thank you for commenting 💖 To answer your question, Any thing not wrapped in a foil was done to be open air processed which made for a slow lift, to be a darker blonde than the hair in foils. I used blonde solutions on everything and just alternated my sectioning and placement to control the lift; I only used color for the roots. Hope this helps 🙂
I love my gray hair coming in at 53 its having a block party on my head. But its so course why is that? I haven't colored in 2 years. Im embracing it but i don't want to look old. Please help!!
Gray hair has more keratin than the traditional strand of hair so although it can be annoying, this is completely normal. You will have to explore your options to see how you’d like to wear your hair. Hair color is always an option but it does require maintenance 🩷
Hello, It depends on your color goals. If you desire to keep the same base color you can simply retouch your roots. Or you can grow it out, change the tone etc. There’s quite a few options.

I stand in agreement with you about covering grey hair with black.

beautiful, what product did you use to straightener hair?
Now I understand the "blending" process. Also, her hair was shiny & it curled beautifully.

If my hair is already the brown with the blonde highlights but my roots grew out back to black what do I do?

What if the gray grows around your hairline in the front also?
You’d have to commit to retouch sessions 🤍
@@BrandiBeautyTV thanks
My hair is like cruella deville🧐… didn’t like that comment at all 🙄
And was looking to get a color around my grey patch… which is a birth mark.

How do I get an appointment
Click the link on my channel and it’ll direct you to the necessary information 😊
Did you mic the 2 toners like .5 ounces of each or 1 ounce of each plus processing liquid
Hi, a 1:1 ratio for the toners plus equal processing solution. Example: 2oz 7v+ 2oz 9v + 4oz processing solution
@@BrandiBeautyTV thanks so much. You did an amazing job!
