Man phenomenal channel. I wish I found it long ago. Despite running IRC tires on both of my off road bikes, I found it by chance. Great content, the right length and fantastic info. I've got a list going. Keep it coming. ...a video about practice with purpose, tips for going out on your practice or for fun rides with intent would be great. I struggle with that a bit myself.
Your so right about lazy habits leading to worse habits. On a recent 150 mile desert ride I had plenty of time to think about how bad my form is compared to when I raced moto 30 years ago. Most of it originates because my core strength is weak and I’ll sit in an effort to save energy. Sitting to save energy leads to elbows down, toes out, wrists excessively gripping instead of knees doing their part. All good reminders that I try to put back in motion. 👍
Some of the best instructional content available. I went and checked the mid-air video from a nose-diving-dead-sailer I did this summer and there it was just like you said, the rounded back and locked hips. Racing is great man but you have a great talent for instruction, if you ever come up to do a clinic in BC I'm in! I watch a lot of hard enduro videos and it's always your videos that actually make changes in my riding. A good one might be on the dirty combat tricks you use when you are off the bike in bad situations and just trying to survive getting your bike moved around without blowing the whole days energy. One on just the rear brake would be sweet too; I'm half the rider when I am covering the rear brake, especially on a big Zap. Thanks for the great content! -Went to try my first IRC tire (VE33S) and they are sold out across Canada; it sounds like they usually are. Got a line on how to find them up here? Maybe look into getting them into FortNine, seems like supply is not meeting demand up here!
Rafy 600 I have a 2020 factory they come rich from the factory, the dealer I got mine from put it on the dyno and sorted it. A lot are fouling plugs because of this. Great stuff IRC Guy Keep them Comming.
Great video, been watching all your tutorial this quarantine time, I recently fall on my bike during my trail, good thing nothing broke on me and on my bike I learn a lot from your videos.. 🤙🤙👍
hi rich...thanks for your videos and tips.. they are great help but i have huge problem riding trails on a 250 4 stroke with changing gears and using the rear brake standing up..how do i move my feet forward to brake or change the gear when you are in an awkward body position coming out of a turn or going into a turn on a downslope or a twisty section on a trail. thanks !
Thanks to the video, it is great as always all of your videos, Do you have any comments for tall riders , do you recommend bar risers İt never looks good for 190-200 cmm tall riders
Hey Rich, great video. I was wondering if you ever ride on the arches with your toes pointed slightly outwards in sections that may require rear brake use here and there? Or do you just go back and forth from the balls of your feet to covering the rear brake directly?
@@TrailBoundco Yes. Most amateur riders don't hinge enough. Watch a goon riding video. That all started by making fun of guys who don't unlock their hips. haha!

The unhinged hips were a huge thing I was missing in the past. Really upped my control standing.
Right on Great to hear!
what does unhinged mean?
@@joshcputz Sorry, I should have said unlocked. Check out from 2:00 on again.
love your videos all the way from israel! i would like to see more videos about riding technique
Glad you are enjoying them! More to come!
@irctireguy Great content on your channel, thanks. I have 1 question were neighbors and i'm curious where is that flat track your riding at? thanks

Good stuff man you explain technics Very well. Can you share your experience with jetting on the Sherco. Having some trouble with mine here in Texas
They are Jetted a bit Rich. I run about sea level jetting here in Utah at 4000 feet.
Nice tip
Great content as always
Thanks So Much!

I go back and forth from the balls of my feet to covering. Try to keep your toes pointed in always.
Good Video, i am happy to watch that video channel 🤗
best riding tips! What happend to your wrist, i wear the same wrist brace after my scaphoide operation
Broken Scaphoide, never got the surgery. The bone died.
Thanks!!
Love it👍👍
Love it
What u doing with that pipe, bro? LOL
You change bikes like underwear lol
The Sherco is the current race bike. The Yamaha is a build for our IRC Boy Marc Ikeda.
Unhinged hips? I don’t understand what that means
Its hinged not unhinged. Your body is like like a door hinge. Strong Legs, Strong Back, Strong core, unlocked, and hinged hips.
@@IRCTireUSAMoto are you saying most people do not bend like a hinge at the hips?
@@TrailBoundco Yes. Most amateur riders don't hinge enough. Watch a goon riding video. That all started by making fun of guys who don't unlock their hips. haha!
OMG why so bad sound uuuuh
