Legilimency could be a great scouting tool for stealth gameplay where you tap into an enemy's mind and scout out what they've seen in a camp for investigation purposes. That's it, I'm downloading the game again! Keep the hype going mate! We'll be getting some HL news pretty soon! 🍻🍻

Sadly, the Nemesis system idea will never happen. Permission to use it has been requested before, and refused every time. Great idea, especially for this game, but regrettably it's use by other game companies (or at all, really) is being selfishly allowed to "rot on the shelf" as it were.
Yeh mate, I think you're likely it being denied but I'm hoping because HL has been so successful financially, they may give consideration to bring it to this game and it doesnt stay to rot on the shelf as you say
I wish I had your optimism bro, but unfortunately the closest thing to it since is AC Odyssey's mercenaries. They tried getting the Nemesis system iirc, and WB said no.
I’m definitely hoping for lots of fun and interesting DLC content that expands on the story and lets players explore different avenues of the magical world by visiting different magic schools and attending wizarding tournaments n other events and places that would be fun additions to the game
@@AndyReloads there’s a lot of potential for future expansions and I’m sure they would be extremely popular so I’m hoping the developers are already working on them or preparing to start working on them
I’m so excited about the Hogwarts Legacy expansion this summer, I think a animagus quest with Natty would be great 👍🏾 for fun and a choice of what we want our animal form to look like and someone mentioned learning the patronus charm at levels like we did learning Alohomora with Mr Moon the caretaker.
I'd absolutely love the option to become an animagus mate, that would be so cool (especially if we have a decision on the form of the animal as you mention)
Not a dark magic spell, but engorgio could be used to increase object size having increased damage and / or area of effect and making the object too heavy for the enemy to use. Edit: also Reducio can be used shrink objects stopping enemies from using them or causing them to do less damage. Those two spells could also make for some fun puzzles.
Fiendfyre/fire column/ Protego Diabolica, lightining/ Localised lightning bolts, Reducto/Expulso, Obliviate, Legilimens, Ear shrivelling curse, Batbogey hex, Leg locker, * There was a cut AM finisher called deep freeze could be some ultimate Ice magic finisher* About the blood curse, perhaps we could learn what RW did to Anne & use it against our foes or what about making inferi from our foes. I had no idea about the portrait curse, I know 4 figures I'd like to use it on or perhaps turn their portraits in to ashes. The curse sounds very useful, imagine using it on our rivals or foes in hogwarts haha! Unsuported flight would be great, just how to navigate that while in combat would be the problem, just flying without a broom should be easy enough & we get our own colour of smoke trail. I didn't know about the floating eye curse either, perhaps we can learn these obscure/long lost spells in a tome through a dungeon. This could work like the eagle in Far cry Primal, scout the area before attacking. Or perhaps if we enter a cave the eye alerts us to unwanted figures. About Morsmordre, what about getting our own calling card? Once we eliminate our foes in the area we launch a curse up in to the sky & our own custom logo forms which shrieks & sends down a jet of cursed fire marking the area as complete/off limits for anyone that's not us blocking entry or exit or we can can cancel the curse. Perriculum would be a good one too but what if to alert our allies for assitance & they apparate in? As for Horcruxes nick a few ideas from elder scrolls with the soul rip spell, you cast a soul wrip curse on the victim then perhaps either use one of our own AM finishers or perhaps it has to be the killing curse itself. But if I recall...doesnt it have to be a literal innocent person for it to work? I really love the thought of using our own calling card for Morsmordre, especially after completing a quest of somesort or maybe nuking an enemy fortress. Also, amazing shout about the Elder Scrolls soul rip, I really like this a lot! Have you considered making videos mate? great ideas
@AndyReloads Thanks very much Andy I appreciate that 😊 I had thought of my own calling card a while ago, a way to strike fear into the ashwinders, perhaps as you say after a quest but we also get to do it out with quests & even when we're done completeing the game we get to repeat the poacher outposts like Ghost of Tsushima. Yeah we've never seen the curse before the creation of the horcrux, so it would be cool to have a spell that marks foes & when you kill your foes a small piece of our soul latches on to the object we've chosen. I had thought about creating videos, perhaps something to consider in the future 🤔 😊 Thanks for your comment 👍

Unsupported flight spell doesn't even exist in the books, it's was just nonsense added by the shit films. You've missed the ultimate dark magic spell, aside from the unforgivables, which could be easily implemented : fiendfire.
Okay I understand the thinking behind this, and the firestorm spell is viable, but the rest of it you are stretching a lot. I love it, you're clearly a fan of the books and lore, but I dont see a lot of those happening. this game breaks spells down into 5 categories; control, force, damage, curses, and utility. Maybe we get one spell for each of those categories, but I doubt it. I think missions/quests and easter eggs are what they're going for in the new dlc. Always like some Legacy content 👍

Firestorm would work really well as a combo extender. Imagine pulling someone towards you with accio and then having them stunlocked with firestorm. That seems really strong.
first of all greate video well done . currently i dont know which dark magic spells i want to see cause there are many good ones out there . however what i would like to have inside this game is mini dungeons where you have to complete with varius levels of dificulty in oreder to get those spells . in harry potter prisoner of azcaban ps 2 version you had to complete those dungeons in order to find the book that had the spell you had to learn and after that you had to fight a boss using that spell . so something like that could make an intresting addition to the game . find the dungeon with the book of a spell you shoukd not find , fight enemies along the way , learn the spell and in order to get out use that spell in a boss fight .

Our MC makes comments like "Your bloods on Ranroks hands!" " Its to late for you to learn the error of your ways!" " One less poacher in the wizarding world!" " Shame nobody saw that" Are you you not aware that we can literally learn & cast all 3 unforgiveable curses? & whats more we cast our AM finishers which some would regard as worse than the killing curse. & the normal Force, control & dmage spells. AM lightning, AM implosion AM Confringo AM slam AM chicken & of course theirs variations for different foes It isn't wishful thinking at all considering what's allready in the game. Your comment about us being a student..you think WE being students are going to abide by the in game law? why should that matter? especially when theirs no morality sytem in place for it, it's only if YOU choose not to use any curses & for RP reasons.

Students in that world aren’t learning advanced unforgivable spells most people don’t even know how to cast spells like that cause they are so illegal and hard to find someone to teach them to you

This is all wishful thinking tbf, I highly doubt any of these spell will be in the game. We are playing as a student

Legimens was created by Snape amongst other spells referred to the Half Blood Prince book and the Order of the Phoenix prime example Sectumsempra
Afraid it wasn't mate, nobody knows who created Legilimency as it's not specified in the lore, cheers
