It's so wild that pros like Barsby are throwing incredibly specific molds of discs that are older than some of the best players in the sport right now. It's really unique to disc golf and kind of mind blowing.
I love listening to Gregg talk about DG. I bet he would do great on some commentary.

I was in Florida last winter playing a event. I bought a new harp and I showed it to a guy I had met. He said it was a nice piece.

Wow, Greg's discs have a lot of battle scars. This In The Bag had a real road warrior vibe to it. Loved it. Greg is fascinating to listen to and I could see him getting into commentary or documentaries.

This was the best IN THE BAG I've seen. (*not just cuz) I throw Barsby ROADRUNNERS but because he seems like genuinely cool dude , passionate about his discs...the back stories were great . I feel strongly about the discs in my bag and the histories they carry! ......Respect to this episode........GROW THE SPORT!!!

The Star Jay is one of the first discs I picked up for myself when I got back into disc golf and it is my go-to midrange, just like Gregg says, super straight, little hyzer. Feel like more people need to be throwing one.

Got the chance to watch and briefly speak with Gregg at the Des Moines Challenge. Always viewed him as a positive and fun player but unfortunately didn’t get to see that in Des Moines. I was excited to finally see him in person and was surprised by the negativity. I’m really hoping I caught him at a bad time as he wasn’t playing well and had beef with another player on the card. I was one of 3 spectators to witness an argument during the round which resulted in a DNF. Hopefully he’s usually the chill player I see on different media platforms.
Gregg is cool. I have a Barsbyville Tern I bought from him at DMC. He was right. It's really easy to throw for someone like me without a big arm. I can get a real satisfying drive with it. And I have a bunch of 2022 Barsby Color Glo Eagles in various degrees of seasoning. My favorite disc of all time.

Hey, Innova. PLEASE start making flat top Eagles in Champion plastic again. All the Eagle's I've felt over the past few years have had quite a bit of dome. I'm kicking myself now for not buying more 2022 Barsby Eagle's. I don't really get it. I also love the Exodus/Eagle-L and the recent Exodus' that I've bought aren't domey like the X mold. Why is the X-mold coming out with so much dome? I thought they used the same Eagle top mold. Can we get the X-mold with L-mold top? Please give us some flatter Eagles.

Yeah just to iterate on what Ethan Weaver said just now replying to you, Innova can't make an Eagle3 per se, but they make flat runs of them for Millennium that are those Vela's. Been meaning to get me one of those as well, supporting Calvin Heimberg.
this is a pretty universally held opinion. infuriating how so many of the manufacturers care about actually making flat versions of the discs everyone wants to be flat. so incredibly frustrating. should out to MVP for being the only company who consistently makes sure their Firebird-type discs, mids, and throwing putters are flat. I don't see it changing anytime soon with the others. they've proven they absolutely do not care about QCing their flat discs. Domey Firebirds, domey A1/A2/A3s, domey Justices, etc etc etc. they do not care.

Love the Jay, mostly bc it's headless (basically) and i can forehand it. Very similar stability to a Roc3 but a little less glide. Croc is great too, in between the Toro and a Firebird.

I bet Barsby has an absolutely legendary collection of old discs. I'm jealous of lots of things in disc golf but the older player who's been collecting discs since the early 2000s or before is definitely peak jealousy 😂
Watching Jerms in the bag and then this one is hilarious. Basically polar opposites. Gregg carry’s wayyy less discs and also doesn’t talk for 10 minutes about each one 😂

Greg realizes that age isn’t kind on us old guys arm speeds. I know I have been discing down and weighting down with the more years that go by. I’m done talking bout it though cause it makes me sad. To think that someday some of us might have to give this game up permanently is a day I don’t want to live to see…
i just started playing 4 months ago, seems like everyone throws vintage innova. I guess the new releases are not as good? i have a mix of both new stars and older stuff from used bins. But a lot of the versions im seeing in these ITB are hard to find or super pricey.
Not throwing any of his own Eagles. Honestly not a surprise - they never come out flat. Time to create the Eagle3!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
