Holy moly the fact that a lot of these were just long rolling clips of him just draining puts was insane! Barsby you're the man!
LOVE how he clarifies that (at 27' for him), his stroke stays the same, but the legs add the distance. THEN (at about 65' for him,) that 'leg putt ' is just maxed out. So the anhi 'throw putt' solves the problem of 1. more distance 2. still trying to can it 3. coming in soft and flat to stay close on your misses. PERFECT.
Gregg and I had a 45 minute chat at USDGC before he won worlds. He is a genuine guy who told good and bad about touring. So glad he has still been playing great. Pastor Gary

Barsby is a great dude. He played a round this year with a local league here in the Houston area between WACO and TX state champ. Wish I could have made it to Tyler to see the course he helped set up for States.

I love watching barsby play. the way he putts from 75 ft or more is the exact way I get my throw ins. the only downfall with it is if you overpower the shot but even with the nose up it doesn't like to get too far away.

Great to hear the Minnesota Majestic still exists. I played it back in the 80s, still have an xd with an '89 Majestic hot stamp.
The consistency of his runs at the basket are amazing, strikes metal on nearly every put.

Gregg, I love you to bits man, but there is more chance of juggling with soot or finding rocking horse droppings than there is of me being able to do this 60 foot putts you make look so easy. All the best for the rest of the season and will be cheering you on big time at the worlds. BARSBY the man.

Barsby really professional and also relaxed at the same time. Its clear that he is an expert but manages to be extremely relatable as a cool guy youd like to be teamed up with at league, while being a world champion.

So glad to have come across this video of Barsby sharing his putting thoughts . I favour a lofty style of putting and I'm working on pushing it more into circle two at the moment so this is very timely.

Man, I love Barsby, the dude is the Dave Grohl of disc golf. And that longer distance anhyzer, me and my buddies call pan caking. It just floats right up and either goes in (13%) or comes to a rest under the basket for a drop in (87%). Never said we're any good. 😂
I've seen Barsby do this live in the heaviest moments of major tournaments at Maple Hill and Brewster Ridge. He sticks to the drill and he drops long putts and throw-ins at crucial moments. He stays loose and when he wins it's because he played loose.
I just sent my brother this video. Hes been putting like Calvin and I think barsby has some good tips that I think should help my brother hit out of the circle
