Awesome video! I really like your effort in pronouncing Vietnamese and knowing basic phrases to talk to the vendors. You got at least half of the pronunciations correctly which is way better than other RUclipsrs! But totally understandable. This city is where my parents are from and I luckily got to visit when I was younger.

Enjoyed watching you eat those yummylicious street good and that baguette you were dipping into that soup sounded so crunchy. Now, I think I'd go to Da Nang instead of Saigon to enjoy the food you had over there.
The guide you were with is beautiful and all the food you ate looked DELICIOUS!!! You're doing a great job at saying "banh". The word xeo is like saying "sell" but don't drag out the end "l" sound, just kind of let it drop. When we make banh xeo at home, we usually add more meat, that's because we like our protein in the US. LOL!

@@aHungryTiger Thanks, Your video quality is amazing. Not sure if you use manual or autofocus but there's no blurry in your video. I have a Lumix G9 and the auto-focus is not very good.
If you like dipping the baguette into the broth, try bo kho or the Vietnamese chicken curry (ca ri ga). Did you add any condiments to your bun cha ca? I didn't see you squeezing in any lime or adding the other stuff on the table. BTW, constructive criticism here...at the beginning you should talk more naturally. You sound like you're reading a script. Also, describe things other than very nice or really nice....we need to know more than just "nice" what you're eating. I'm sure you cannot compare to Swedish food, but there are other descriptive foods. Maybe say what you like about it and then as a chef, maybe say what you'd do to make it better.
