Lots of stuff in your quiche, looked great. You get Spanish chorizo, here in the US we get Mexican chorizo. Mexican is more a spicy raw sausage, needs to be cooked. Can cook in casing slices or out and get a mix which is wonderful with cubes of potato. Or as a taco filling. Hello from lovely Oregon US.

I actually don't like spam itself for fritters hahaha I use something else. Chippies don't use actual branded spam for them 🤔 if your interested in what's used let me know, I buy it in bulk, slice and freeze it. Also I use the same batter yes without the spice, and made just a bit thicker, roll the spam in cornflour prior to dipping xx
Ooh yes Hailey what do you use for the fritters? I've got a sweet chilli chicken & bacon quiche in the oven. Used cheddar tho as didbt have mozzarella smells delicious. Will send you a pic when it's out the oven

Hi Hailey,that quiche looked amazing,i hate covid it left me breathless for a while afterwards absolutely miserable ,just standing at the sink was a chore,hope you shake it off soon.
Don't call yourself thick Hun please, no one is thick lol all I did was as u saw put both into a microwave safe container, and just microwaved for 5 mins first, checked them by using a fork to see if cooked, and just repeated until cooked through, no water added hunni, makes them stay together better xx
I always get stuck with the dam key I end up hacking the cornbeef out buying loose dissolves must be me iam going yo try these for mum and mine tea with yr rabbit food lol hv a gd day thanks for the vlog
