From a technical standing point - lineart, shading, values, contrasts it's a master's work yet the biggest problem here is the proportions. Most of them are way off - the eyes shapes and position, the eyebrows shape, the nose size and shape, the mouth shape, the lips direction, the cheeks, the jaw line and the overall shape of the portrait - in the photo is more to square-ish while in the drawing is too oval.

quite a few issues with this portrait. The shape of most of the features is different. Her eyes, her lips, her ear, her nose. Her neck is too thick, her shoulder is huge, made no indication of her having breasts, her collarbone is mega thicc. Even the essence of the two images is wrong. The photo is of a young sad looking Asian woman who's seen some shizz. The drawing is of a bored af middle aged person of indeterminate gender and ethnicity.
