A few lines after that listing the admin fee, government fees an taxes. Tell them to fill it in. If they don't then send a "Bought a vehicle elsewhere message". just a few comments on a couple vids I've seen. If a billion dollar loan is forgiven for a company - that counts as $1 billion in revenue, and its taxed as revenue. So the company shows high profits in the quarter they get the revenue. They will most likely be able to restate earnings against loses for previous and future quarters to mitigate taxes. A jump in stock prices just lets people who understand what is happening cash out. .
I wrote a paper many years ago about US auto manufacturers profit per unit - back then they were making about $2K an auto while foreign manufactures were around $3K-$4K. So if we look at a company like Dodge making $2K a car. If they increase the price of the car by $2,000 (to get $4K in profit) and half their volume, at worse their profit stays even. But they probably also pick up saving in variable production cost (labor/management/new equipment build-outs). A 50% increase in price (that mostly adds profit) and a 60% loss in volume is a very good situation. They may be moving to a luxury pricing model, it may benefit them to shed dealers.

I can't remember which companies it was but seems like one might have been Hyundai. I believe California is the only state with Hydrogen fuel stations for the Toyota Marai.
