This home was designed by the owner Architect for himself back in the mid-2,000's. It featured dramatic columns, atrium and poolside fire features with a large casita type guest bedroom suite with 3 entrances. It was cutting edge when built. He and his wife lived in the home for about 3 years. It was sold to the current owner who only lived in the home occasionally. He just had the home painted, new carpet, the pool refurbished with new equipment, new lighting control system, re furbished landscape and new landscape lighting.
