The rare resource it takes to build the resource generator is the rare resource you get from that generator
by the way the multi click you did on the first video was probably useless because you multi upgraded the upgrades that came from the DLC and they still had some upgrades unlocked after so I think the base upgrades from the DLC already goes up to like lvl 5 without the need for blueprints

Increased maximum life also increases the effectiveness of proportional healing, not just giving you extra room for error before you heal, but multiplying your total effective hitpoints overall.
I'd appreciate DLC upgrades which instead come at the cost of max life, though, perhaps implemented as optional side-grade purchases during a run. A bit of a risk versus reward situation, such as lower max life in exchange for a damage or mining boost.

And as I keep re-watching that fight with the rival spiderbot, I still can't feel any different but wonder how exactly does he not one-shot you with his one laser attack when he hits you. Because in my case, first laser hit takes care of my shield(which I am pretty sure is at its max upgrade right now) and the second one takes care of my entire health bar.
So...I'd definitely like some guidance here if possible
I have the same problem.
The answer is in the lower right corner at 0:00 or to put it simply he is playing different version of the game.
Also you can see the same thing happened to Wanderbots where he played previous version and beat the boss then next day was unable to repeat this due to increased difficulty.
You should rotate with the machine gun b/c it’s faster then switch back to ur main weapon, idk if that will work tho.
that works but switching weapons is slow and you might not have them "next" to each other. If you collect a bunch of other weapons you might have to scroll through a bunch

While the radar is pretty crap, at least one of those green circuit board upgrades for it is +5% chance of a resource from any block
I'm a little surprised you haven't got the lvl 6 blueprint for more carry capacity yet. Found it in my first run yesterday and at least now I can carry 65 materials (though it says 70 in the description). Not 100, but still far more better than before. Maybe there is even a lvl 7.
Just a fyi, you can jump the "tentacle slide" thing the boss does. You just need to stay close to where it first hits the ground, then time the jump so that it slides all the way past you. Only the part parallel to the ground damages you when it slides, not the "pillar" which apparently is meant to be in the background (but make sure you position yourself so that you land without touching the boss at all, if you touch any part of it after landing it will still damage you).

I hate how this game feels like it's unfinished. Everything about the game feels like it needs more fleshing out.

the plasma uograde for speed is kinda useless or not that important cause it just goes faster past them when its slow it does more more time for extra damage
