You won! You can keep playing and upgrade everything and try different weapons now. Also the bomb is NOT trash. It is the most rediculously good tool at max for clearing large mines when your robo spider doesn't reach anymore. The docking station is not great. The overdrive maxed out is also very useful and good. GGs

also if you are lucky enough to get the upgrade chip for the bomb it has insane range and damage making it a ridiculously good cave clearer.

i was wondering if he was going to notice there is no longer a timer, the boss is dead, now he can mine to his hearts content.
wait a second.. when you went back into the game after you won, there's no timer.
i think you might have killed killed that thing, like for good. which would mean, no more boss fights but also you nolonger get instakilled at some point, meaning you could go and get literally everything in a single run.
yes, you can, but you need the resource harvester, or it's a bust. I literally mined the entire map and there is hardly enough resources to upgrade 3 or 4 things fully
I called that thing "Cthulhu" Because of its innate ability to drive me INSANE With its constant threat and bullcrap 'Round 3, you dead'
Imagine my relief to see that damn thing obliterated for good.
The way I understand it...
The Leviathan always comes in and insta-kills you with its eye. Until you find all the 5 keys, activate the core at the top and kill the Leviathan. Then the Leviathan is dead for good and you discover the lush "edge" (more like a sideways ravine).
No final boss fight, I guess, because killing the Leviathan is a reward for exploring the caves (and finding the keys), not for getting powerful weapons.
They really should add a cutscene or something. The game is great and highly addictive, but the ending is such a letdown.
Try jumping over the gap on the very top using your upwards dash. Edit:apparently was a bug and the dev patched it out.
Nice! Good job Sifd :D Oh and if you want to go further above the gap in the wall you can abuse a bug with the jump ability that lets you jump up the wall.

The Drill range is a time-saving tool. You don't have to get as close to the blocks to mine them and therefore you can make your travel a bit more efficient.
You didn’t misread, the laser machine gun might be the best weapon in the game.
The rare resources you harvest are random and aren’t affected by where you place them.
Hey sifd! The placeable bomb is OP when maxed out, it's actually insane. WAY better than the little docking station tbing
It can completely clear out an area bigger than the screen, even in the highest-level biomes.
I will use it in the video after the next one (already recorded the next one)
well you did beat the boss now he won't bother you anymore as you see there is no more timer going off you can explore as long as you want only waves stops you from exploreing non-stop (watched at 2x speeed)

so the thing about resource harvesters, to become TRULY and COMPLETELY and UTTERLY busted silly, they a need randomly acquired passive upgrade that goes about like this: they give you a few rare resources along with the standard ones every cycle, i once got that passive and it speeds up your gadget upgrading tremendously
maybe then it matters WHERE you place them but if they don't have the passive, it won't matter until that point
He did have that upgrade.

Also I have beaten the game! Right after I finished watching the video. With almost the exact same passive upgrades as Sifd has gotten! So that was amazing.

Once u are up top you can use the boost to get even higher on the wall
Yo siiiiifffddd you have no more Boss and no Boss timer because you beat them now you can mega Explorer every cave
The bomb to help you mine is also really strong, can half clear your mine in one go, problem is that the animation stays for a bit.

The bosses are all dead i dont know if you noticed but the timer is gone so there will not be any more boss fights I assume it has now entered endless mode

Should have gone up again for the purple resource. Also seems that when you off-screen a wave with the drone active, it bugs out and only shoots up non-targeted. Team OCD let me drill EVERYTHING.... except that one... right in the middle.
Yea, if you go too far from a wave the drone bugs out. Hopefully it will get patched.

Hey sifd! i recommend a game called planet life its on itch it rather fun but isnt the type of game to make a video out of.
You can destroy larger creatures if you upgrade the “claws”
Resource harvester is op tbh. Also if you manage get a trait for rare resources you basicly build 4-6 of them and you get passive income wich outweights in long run. Also i think laser gun is most broken thing now.
I think the cluster grenade launcher is best weapon. Most people don't seem to know it exists... Laser gun is lightly worse then cluster in my opinion
On end of wall you can jump ower hole yousing skill. Atlist it was working some time ago.

At the end there the boss timer was completely gone. So if there’s no boss timer does it mean you have infinite mode unlocked now?

yes, in my opinion this is not the end of our adventure yet, maybe it will get added in an update or a dlc?
edit: besides there are still a lot of questions left unanswered, such as the knocking, the creation of the wall and it's creators
How is it possible that he killed the boss when I have all the upgrade maxed except for two artifacts that are level 3 and I only have 4 keys.
It's impossible to find the last key. I played the game for 17 h and 43 min and almost half the time I spent it looking for that last key.
That's unlucky. You need 5 keys to activate the core (the building at the very top) that then instakills the leviathan. So you really need to find that last key, otherwise you're stuck with bossfights and a scripted death.
Hopefully you'll find it soon, I bet it's at the very bottom or very top of the wall.

jeah the ending of this game was super frustrating, no boss no reward just... heres the end. honest to god make at most 1 more vid where you explore the aftermath, but its gonna be super boring, since its just the normal game minus the boss
