Have u thought about doing easy runs on the treadmill? Boring as anything but I find I can run faster while keeping bpm down and helps my legs feel fresher too

Any recommendations for cycling workouts on Zwift that would complement running?
not sure on specifics but would aim for a Z2 focused one and a more intense interval session each week if you can fit it in
