What sort of carbs you avoided. Can you please name them. Also you say you fast for 16 hrs with 7 hrs window. Also for 3 days you did IF with water only. Did you not feel dizzy. Please share exactly what you did. It would really be helpful. Thanks and may God give you the best of health and longevity.

Hope this will help I have help so many people here in South Africa with simple foods yet healthy on my whattapp X
I am 79, take no meds for anything and I eat like this video suggests and do intermittent fasting 18 hours from dinner to lunch). One thing he did not address is eating organic. If you eat all those good for you foods but they have been sperayed with herbicides (Round up is lethal) and pesticides, then you are poisoning the foods that should make you healthy. Of course people don't realize this because it's a slow poisoning and you don't get sick immediately so people think they are just fine. Then there was the lie that saturated fats were bad for us. No, trans fats are bad for you. And then the lie that fat made you fat and you should eat fat free. The brain NEEDS fat. Did you notice that when America went fat free America became obese? Fat is where flavor is so they had to replace the fat with...SUGAR. Or artificial sweeteners whech are worse than sugar in different ways. I eat organic and have done so for 10 years now. Sad we have to avoid foods that are good for us but have been made unhealthy with sprays. In the 60's and before, almost all food was organic. Thanks a lot Monsanto and Crisco.
This is going to sound long and complicated and undoubtedly crazy but I researched everything and this is what I've come up with, the goal being to make every calorie count towards staving off cancer plus a little thrown in for heart, brain and gut health. For me it's not the least bit complicated because I've been doing it for so long but I understand it'd seem daunting for anyone trying to put it all together out of the blue. First off I make a big batch of mixed powders that I store in spice containers and use to add to smoothies but can be added into coffee, used as a tea (which I often do) mixed into stir fry etc. The combination is roughly 45% ginger powder, 45% matcha green tea powder and the remaining 10% equal amounts of cloves, nutmeg and allspice. Mix them all together in a big bowl. I used to also include cinnamon but I think it was too much to ingest daily so I cut it out. Cinnamon is anti cancer but be careful about getting too much, can cause liver issues. Anyway I make this in a big batch and it lasts for months before I have to make it again. Every 3 days I make a batch of smoothie which I freeze and eat ~8 ounces a day for breakfast. My blender holds about 26 ounces and I fill it to the top and just divide that into 3 servings. The ingredients are: 4oz unsweetened organic apple sauce 8oz HOT water 1 well rounded to heaping tablespoon of the anti-cancer powder mix 1 very heaping tablespoon of organic raw cacao powder (NOT cocoa) 2 tablespoons (more or less to taste) pyure organic stevia sweetener 1/3 cup organic oat bran 1 tablespoon organic ground flax seed 1 tablespoon organic chia seed 1 tablespoon organic beet powder 1 tablespoon organic acai powder Add organic frozen blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, pomegranate, and/or raspberries to heaping over the top of the blender. I never measure but it's at least a cup of frozen fruit, probably more and I really pile it on. You can mix up the fruit to your taste but stick to berries and always include at least half of it blueberries. Top it off with 1-2 more ounces of hot water and blend throughly. Pour into 3 serving containers and freeze. Have 1 a day. I have 1 for breakfast every morning. The flavor isn't great and freezing takes the edge off!!😆 But you get used to it and can tweak it by adding or reducing sweetener, cacao and switching up berries. For lunch I have salad. I use primarily kale, brussel sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, spinach - never lettuce. Chop it up!! 1/4 cup organic canned kidney, garbanzo or cannellini beans. You can switch up the greens and beans but stick primarily to cruciferous vegetables and the heavier beans. Kale is extremely nutritious. I add a little bit of carrots, a slice of red onion and chop this all up pretty dang finely. Add some cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries and chopped English or black walnuts. I top with a diet dressing (SkinnyGirl Poppyseed, i hate to waste calories) and a quality balsamic vinegar. This salad is packed with nutritious, healthy ingredients. Dinner is always the same boring thing: 1/3 cup all bran cereal, a handful of organic dried white mulberries, a smaller handful of organic dried goji berries and about 2 cups of unsweetened organic soymilk. The soymilk is my big protein hit of the day and the bran cereal keeps me 100% reliably regular!!😁 If I'm still hungry I'll have something else too but bran tends to fill me up and I feel very stuffed afterwards. I tend to snack during the day which is why my 'meals' are pretty light. On their own they make a really good nutrient-packed low calorie diet. But if you don't want to lose weight you can snack on anti-cancer treats throughout the day. For sweet treats I love candied ginger and dried blueberries. The only drawback is there is sugar in candied ginger but I think the benefits outweigh the disadvantages of the sugar. Ginger is possibly one of the best cancer fighting foods there is. Blueberries are excellent as well. I often have a little bowl of dried blueberries and black walnuts mixed together for a snack. Sometimes I'll have a slice of wheat bread with organic natural peanut butter and some organic fruit spread on it. YUMM!! Not necessarily anti cancer but it is a reasonably healthy snack. For a handy and usually a daily anti cancer snack I make my own kale chips. I grow my own kale in the summer but buy organic in the supermaket the rest of the year. So easy to do!! First I make the spice mix in a blender. A couple cups of sunflower seeds, a generous amount of nutritional yeast (I don't measure, i just throw things together to taste) generous amounts of garlic powder (not salt) turmeric powder, chili pepper and/or smoked paprika and dehydrated onion. You can add whatever else you like but the most important is the turmeric and garlic. (or you can use curry) Blend all the ingredients into a coarse powder. It's hard to get it all perfect and doesn't even matter, it'll taste good anyway:) Pour the powder into a big bowl. Rinse the kale well and let it drain, doesn't have to be dry. Then cut the leafy part off the spine and discard the spines. (I feed them to my horses) Every recipe I've seen says to coat the kale in oil. I don't do that, it works just fine without the added oil. The little bit of moisture on the kale and the natural oil from the ground up sunflower seeds seems to work just fine. Take a handful of leaves and put them in the bowl and stir them up to get the mix worked into the leaves on both sides. Lay the leaves on a cookie sheet or shallow pan up to 3 layers deep. 1 layer cooks faster, 2 layers is ideal, 3 layers just takes a bit more patience. Cook at 225 -250 MAX for about an hour. If multiple layers you'll need to flip them all over after about 45 minutes. Cook until crispy and there are no more wet spots. Store in an airtight container. Add an oxygen absorber packet if you're making big batches and want them to last for a while. I also snack on soynuts, Bhuja Crunchy Seasoned Peas(SOOO GOOD!!), dried apple slices from my own apples, whatever is in season at my place which is currently tomatoes, blackberries, blueberries, apples, pears, plums and tons of grapes. In the spring I have cherries. I keep a bag of organic cacao nibs next to my bed for a convenient chocolate fix. I'll cook a potato, sweet potato, broccoli or brussel sprouts for quick hot filling snacks. A pan of fried spinach and garlic cloves is very anti cancer and delicious!! Cook the garlic for a while and then add the spinach for just a few minutes, it's great!! For the most part I eat very simple foods. Trying to keep it very wholesome and incorporating anti cancer ingredients as much as possible. Stir fry is a terrific way to get lots of cancer fighters into your body. - garlic, onion, all the cruciferous vegetables and include mushrooms and ingredients such as ginger, oregano, curry and other anti- cancer spices. Pau D'arco tea is a strong cancer fighter and if you currently have cancer it's beneficial to have it every day. I make tea from my anti-cancer powder mix and it's delightful. You just add it to water and heat it up. I sweeten it with monkfruit sweetener and it's really good, hot and spicy!! I'm sure I'm leaving things out but you get the idea. Sounds complicated but it's really not. Once you are familiar with the best anti-cancer foods and spices it becomes very natural to include them it your diet.
I know this sounds extreme and semi-crazy but I am very paranoid about developing cancer. We have the brca 1 & 2 gene mutations in our family and my sister got both breast and ovarian cancer and died of the ovarian. Multiple other relatives on both sides of my family had various cancers including breast, skin, throat and jaw cancers so I'm just REEEEEALLY terrified. None were smokers or heavy drinkers etc so all could be genetically related. I just know for sure the BRCA1&2 came from my father.
When I make a salad, I sometimes use Romaine or baby kale, arugula, mint, basil, green onions, sliced organic strawberries and a sliced organic orange in the salad. Sometimes I slice a few mushrooms sauté in a little water and add to the salad. I use Napa Valley Balsamic for the dressing. A Chop tomato and some canned artichokes or asparagus that has been water sauté or vegetable of your choice may be used. The artichoke or asparagus feeds the good bacteria in you gut and makes them happy.
Ive watched alot of anti cancer videos nd this was a summary to many of those hour long videos so very well done. I would add 1 thing to both avoid and take. Avoid stress Take curcumin found in tumeric. I take tumeric in powder form that is widely available however the curcumin availabilty is 1-6% i believe. So I also take curcumin tablets that have 95% curcumonoid which is a compound that is 80% curcumin. When consuming tumeric tea add abit of fat like milk or/and any healthy oil such as olive and almond oils. Most importantly add abit of black pepper as the black pepper increases absorbtion by 2000%.
I feel like this might have to do with what the mom was consuming while pregnant with her then whatever they fed her outside the womb plus exposure to toxins and chemicals. Where you live makes a HUGE difference and the exposure to pollution.
