Please note: the commentary in the video was my initial understanding of an incident. The damage was caused when the police car drove past the crowd, and was not intentional vandalism.
Myself and @ZachsGarage did not agree with the actions from this person(s), but continued to enjoy a comparatively chilled evening in his Ferrari 488 Pista.

Please note: the police car was not vandalised, the wingmirror came into contact with one of the spectators whilst they were initially driving through the crowd.
Where there's blame there's a claim, saying that I know very well from experience the police are difficult to claim from, I sustained a nasty injury when a inexperienced officer attempted to arrest a violent abusive neighbour which ended up costing me my job and our home. All I got out of it was a new mindset of never assist police in anyway, they chose that shit career let them handle it.

i stopped going to uk car meets that arent legally hosted cause the crowd that comes with their shit boxes and annoying pop and bang tuners just make it unbearable to watch
There was a meet near me a few weeks ago where the police got locked in a carpark. Two traffic cars hid in the carpark for a shop and someone padlocked the gate so they were trapped.
Respect for the cops is at a real low point. Felt like that crowd could have completely overpowered them and that’s not a situation anyone needs.

This is what gives the car scene a bad name and why a lot of events get shut down. Most of the time the police wouldn’t need to step in if people didn’t drive dangerously.
I’ve seen too many videos recently of bystanders being injured by dangerous driving at meets.
Damaging a police car isn’t a great advert for so called car enthusiasts either.

Car scene is really going downhill
Unfortunately alot of them are not really car enthusiasts. They just like causing carnage and being a nuisance. Which is why I don't got to them anymore. I missed the ones where we park up, switch engines off and mingle.
Well considering its the last few years until only electric cars are allowed, let them have their final fun.
In 20 years there wont be a car scene anymore.

People on here saying the car scene is going downhill seem to be looking into the past with rose-tinted glasses. What you are seeing now is no different than the car scene 25 years ago, only difference is that the blokes used to dress up like it was a Saturday night so they could pull some girls and now they're a tad younger and wearing black clothing from JD Sports looking for pops and bangs.

This is actually so embarrazzing. The Uk car scene fell off a while ago and this is what’s left of it. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, every new video I see from a meet(not from Adam btw) it just seems to be getting worser and worser
If the police are following you just pull up. If they want you they'll pull up behind you. If not they'll drive past. It saves the paranoia of being followed.

See stuff like that is why the UK car scene is dying, too many little children trying to act “hard” and vandalising police cars to show off to their mates and then all surrounding the cop cars etc... All it does is guarantee those cops are gonna be a lot less understanding and will just chuck the book at anyone in the future.
Can't imagine how brain dead you must be to immediately run up and surround a police vehicle (marked or unmarked, irrelevant)... it's a police vehicle it's not that amazing.
If the intent it purely to block them in then it's a wilful obstruction of the highway and any of those people could be liable to prosecution and or arrest. It's also rather stupid... it's an emergency vehicle.
I guarantee you none of these clowns would block an ambulance in or a fire engine...
No wonder i dont go to car meets anymore!

If I can be a little critical Adam, and I hope this is constructive, these videos are getting a bit samey. General shots of the noisy pop-mapped hatchbacks in supermarket car parks and no real attention on anything interesting or unusual that might be attending.
It's so focussed on what the police are doing and where people are going with very little actual car content. Pretty sure the car that got the most camera time in this one was the police BMW which is a crime when you went there in the 488 Pista!
I'd love more of your insight looking at stuff like Zach's car collection, the proper organised shows (though obviously that is limited by when shows are on), or just your humour while looking at the cars, even if it's at meets like this.

But I can only film what happens, and these are the only meets that are happening these days

I really hate these new type of clips. The immaturity level of the car scene is sad and not worth giving attention to. Need more of the classic entering/leaving videos during the day with respectable enthusiasts. Need more personal homebase vids also.
It's only because it's winter. These are only really all that's around these days (bar one or two different shows inbetween)
Just so people don’t misunderstand it somebody was hit by the car. I’ve got a RUclips short up just to show clearer footage of it. It was easily misunderstood from where Adam was standing.

@@K_z650 no I mean all the people flocking around and walking out in front purposely blocking police cars....it's a common thing in both the UK and US and it's just a complete lack of respect really. I've seen it at a few meets in person and it's just a pointless action.

Where I live meets... as in statically parked on a car park or to drive in convoy at speed limit is illegal by high Court injunction, so now those don't happen, instead people meet from private messaging groups to shut roads off and drag race changing location every 20 mins, its very much a created problem.

@@jimbo992 Well, there’s not many engines out there that you can put 1000bhp through. Toyota made these engines to make more power than they actually ended up making in the end, so they are over engineered and absolutely bulletproof. That’s why they’re so popular.
An IS300 is just a cheaper way of getting your hands on a JZ without having to fork out stupid money for a Supra, Chaser, or a Soarer.
