For anyone wondering about getting this car, this car requires you to absolutely pay attention when driving. When driving on the highway, or really any multiple lane road, I keep track of the cars behind me with my side mirrors. I only change lanes when there is more than enough space. It is hard to see around you in this car. Don’t take a gamble and tell yourself “it should be fine”. Otherwise, super fun car! I’ve enjoyed my ownership of my 2014 for a year and a half. If you want to push your car hard, do it when you’re alone and others are not on the road. Be safe and have fun!

How’s the 2020 base model worse than the 2011 base model I’ve got, I think I’ve got a sport package tho so touch screen, Bose speakers I’ve got the same problem with having to use an iPhone cable to even use my phone for the speakers but works so good
Just because it’s newer year it doesn’t mean it has the same packages. For example my 2013 Z is Sport Touring package, NOT nismo. Has heated leather seats & bose speakers, akebono brake calipers. I’ve been shopping around for a 2020 Z but most of the 2020’s on the market have cloth seats & no bose speakers smh unless Nismo. Especially the Manual version because Manual is cheaper trim, so if they make a cheap manual they usually cheap out on everything else. Not everytime though

Really looking into buying one of these as a daily in the 12-15k price range. How’s the reliability? So far ive read its good but im weary it might just be the 370z fan boys 😂
ive read into it quite a bit. theyre solid. vqs are fairly bulletproof. they do higher than average oil consumption and the gallery gaskets on the front of the engine are a common failure point at higher milage. another common issue is the slave cylinder can fail prematurely. some minor electrical issues also occur sometimes as with a lot of other Nissans but they’re overall good cars

Nah I've had my Z paid off 2 years ago, been driving it for at least 2 years. Cops didn't fuck with me. Had one run in, barely going over the speed of an under cover cop. Lady thought I was trying to race her 🤣she let me go because she eventually realized she was reading into stuff that wasn't real

Yeah definitely more cons than pros. But the few pros beat out the cons. Kinda. I got a 2012 370Z myself. Same color as yours. I never was a fan of the 2013 and up. Front bumper/grill just looks to basic. Idk. The 2009-2012 have the best front imo. But damm these vq's are hella fast. I smoked a bunch of fools trying to test me. Camaros, Chyrsler 300C, Hemi Chargers. Those fat fuckin cars dont stand a chance even with all that HP. Dont mean shit. Lol. Fuck american muscle. Import baby all the way!

@@masterk5066 They're not the same at all!😐 The 09-12 have the more aggressive "fangs" look. Like a wolf or vampire smiling at you. And they line up perfectly with the curves of the headlights. The 13+ look plain and simple. Nothing inside the grill, just empty black space. Although they do add the front led fog/reflector lights but dont enhance the look. Boring.
your mirrors are setup so wrong lol. you shouldnt be seeing the side of your car in your side mirrors.

The reason I do that is cause if you have it where you don’t see your side of the car that’s how you create the blind spot, everyone different height and stuff so you have to adjust to you, and also I sit lower now after I got a bucket seat but overall still has bad blind sides 🥲
@@RidewithR1ce no dude. There is absolutely zero reason you should see your own car in your mirrors 🤦🏻♂️. I’ve owned one of these 10 years ago and have found 98% of drivers have their mirrors setup wrong no matter what car they drive. There is even a video disproving this myth for this car. It shows when the mirrors are setup correctly you can have it as soon as it disappears out the rear view it appears on the side mirrors.
