This is better than the tutorials I've seen for this song; however, it sounds like the second chord should be a Db7sus2 instead of a Bmaj7. I tried the Bmaj7 while playing along with the song and it sounded slightly off. The progression I hear from the song is Eb m7 w/ hammer on B string 9th fret, Db7sus2 on fourth fret, Db9sus rooted on 9th fret, then Db9sus on fourth fret with hammer on D string to bring it back to Db7sus2.
