Your videos to the world are more timely than you know. I was just discussing meters in a long conversation with a friend and we lamented the lack of affordable and fairly accurate meters and this appears! Brenton, can you do another video moving around that huge beam, playing with the rotator and making contacts on 40 meters and other bands, maybe even some stateside? I and many others might never be able to hear what reception on a large tower is like and we'll be fascinated to put on a pair of headphones and experience what it's like through RUclips like we did in the previous video about your rotator. Please mate! Think about it :)
The bottom line is that all meters are factory set upon manufacturing them.. if any meter is not professionally bench tested at every level then none are correct, so it's wrong to assume that one is right and the others are wrong.. if all the meters here are showing different readings then they all need to be bench tested.. also into a dummy load and not on the air.. feedline and jumpers, antenna, or even plugs and connections will also give different readings.. and so on. But you are right when you say there isn't much between any of them and being a few watts out is ok across all three, it's not like we are measuring microns that matter in other fields of science.. nice video and great equipment. Thanks
you could buy a house with what's sitting around this desk! lol but yeah great video on this meter, I was wondering if it was legit. I'll grab one soon to replace my probably faulty meter lol
Thanks for review. Looks a great bit of local kit Dave G4NOW in London

Do you know what the asterisk is indicating on my new monitor sensors? It’s to the right of power.
