And most of characters are like a cactus, especially Akame. Did almost nothing, annoying as fck. Season 2 or remake would be good...But without Tatsumi, Leone, Mine, Esdeath and others it's pointless, unless if they revive them somehow...So many good characters wasted in this anime! Hope for remake or season 2...

Akame is unique, killing off the characters including the main character that we thought was the protagonist but it wasn't, it was akame even though the story wasn't focusing on her most of the time but on tatsumi. I think a lot of us were satisfied with the anime and not disappointed because akame claimed the thrown as the true main character at the end even though we were used to tatsumi, by defeating Esdeath and saving the day; something only the main character can only do. Readers generally do not stay extremely saddened or disappointed about the story because a character is killed off but when a main character is killed off and not replaced with another to carry the torch. ( unless the anime is soo well balanced, awesome, and beautiful from beginning to end where a death from a main character can be forgiven like Spike from Cowboy Bebop, but that's a rarity in itself).
Depends on the version, in the manga a handfull people more survived like Akames sister (killed by Akame in anime) which left with the blue armor guy and the pink haired girl (died by exhaustion in anime) + dragon Tatsumi (died with Esdeath in anime). According to wiki the anime was produced 2014 and the manga ended 2 years later in dec 2016 which explains the different deaths.
Just in case, because I have a feeling, that this AMV will have hundreds of thousands of views sooner or later.. I was the 12th like :P Supporting from the start is all Im saying.
