I know it's really gonna get me hated, but I liked DMC Dante, yeah, it's not the Dante we all know and love, but it's not meant to be. It's meant to be it's own thing, and while I'm not a fan of his all around personality, the design doesn't kill me and he does get a few moments I enjoy.

You may dislike DmC: Devil May Cry and consider it unnecessary, but whoever created this really knows how to make a GMV.

To be honest, I don't think Capcom will ever release another spin-off. Not only because of the hate DmC: Devil May Cry recieved, but also because of the disaster DMC 2 was. Capcom doesn't want people to think about DMC and the word "two" in the same sentence lol.

The way this video was made and edited was really awesome. That said, compared to this current Devil May Cry, I still prefer the earlier versions of Dante, Vergil and Nero. I mean, I know that with the upgrade of technology the art style would change. Nonetheless, for me, the way how Dante, Vergil and Nero was characterized was great and the way they looked (their style in looks and fashion) was a lot better in the previous versions of the game. Heck, even Dante's way of talking was better back then compared to the repetitive "F*ck Y*os" of this version of him.

This was the first time ever seeing dmc some 5 years ago and it got me super hyped for the game, i finally got the chance to play the game and while the story a bit weird it lived up to the expectations.
have you played the other DMC games or just reboot?

You know what's funny? If DMC wasn't a devil may cry game then everyone would enjoy it.
Just think, replace Dante with a different protagonist, change Vergil's name to something different, and edit all mention of Devil may cry things, and there's nothing anyone would gripe about! :D

I agree. The game is not perfect but the other ones have also problem. The hate began because Dante didn't have the white hair but the game could like be a prequel to the other game if you think about it. People on the internet hates too much.
