The coolest memory I have is watching the U.S. programme 'Soul Train' and seeing people line-dancing to this song. I loved how this little underground band was making a big enough impression that a major television show was playing it. The only way I could have felt even more proud was if I was a member of AON myself!
Legs still rocks! In fact, the whole of In Visible Silence is fantastic throughout, a Masterpiece! I'll also never forget Instruments of Darkness, it still hits me as hard today as it did then. The remaster here looks really good! Thanks for sharing this with us! 👍
I would say 1986 I found the art of noise but never really was able to get a record . I was a child. How ever a hand full of songs always stuck with me. Till this day I credit them for opening my mind to electronic music. The beat was always raw and out there . I did not like alot of rock back then but give me a odd instrumental band and I was in . Still to this day I am looking for a song that was on a old TV show(buck rogers or a space show) and was used as A back round or out tro to a radio show. How ever it's not on any of the sound track . Art of noise still hold up .
@@JetskiPilotGaming I lived in Atlanta GA. And there was a record store there that could get their hands on extremely hard to find and rare stuff Way Back in the day. I also had a collection of Extremely rare hard to find Prince vinyl 12" , several different ones. Thieves got those Too. They are extremely Lucky I never found out who stole Them!!!
This tune always gets stuck in my head as it has so many elements and drops to it. Such a crazy earworm!
My favorite group, not a bad track to be found and every song filled with interesting sounds.
This song, album, and group have really stood the test of time.

Heh at 4:05 my brain was fully expecting 'Slip of the Tongue' to kick in.
Or Kick of the Tongue to slip in?
This is wonderful! 🤗
Blessed Are The Cheesemakers and The Noisemakers. Live Long and Prosper.
The melody always makes me think of a certain Yes song (and vica versa).
as a music video
Listen to " Legs " while watching
the video. It's so flesh!!!
The first music I shared with her was The Art of Noise…. She married me, that was ~37 years ago ❤️ thank you!

Теперь понятно, чем вдохновлялся тот, кто делал заставку для сериала Тьма :Р
Incredible track.
"No Citroën Ami were harmed in the making of this clip"
By far my favorite AON song!
Me too! My favorite tune on the album!
I finally found a used CD of this awesome album, and this tune is my favorite one on it! Then again, the other tunes on this album are stellar!
Legs gooo! Awesome \m/
btw 3:42 and QR code was born : )
That's interesting because the QR-code was invented in 1994. The song legs and the video is older.
My entry way in electronic music, all my Thank Yous AON!!!
A great version but i can't help thinking of larger 🍺😄
This has to be proto-Vaporwave.
Still #1.
One of favorites from AON. I still have the vinyl 12” of Legs when it first was released.
Mine was Stolen a month after I got it.
@@markmower6507 Sorry to hear about that.

Out of curiosity: Was this edited on the first version of Adobe Premiere (was it 1.25?) Somehow it has that vibe...
Every time I play this I have to listen to it all the way through. Every single time!
Get touring the UK AON, we want to see you!
Bass-sik 😎🎶
