    Ingredients:
    500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
    Soya sauce (1tsp)
    Tomato sauce (2tsp)
    Green chilli sauce (1tsp)
    1 teaspoon garam masala
    3/4th cup cornflour
    1/4th cup rice flour
    1/2 cup flour
    Salt to taste
    Curry leaves for garnish
    Oil for deep frying
    1 tsp red food colour
    2 green chilies, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
    For masala:
    1/2cup curd
    Ginger garlic paste(1tsp)
    Tomato sauce (1/2tsp)
    Soya sauce (1/2tsp)
    Coriander powder /1/4tsp)
    Garam masala powder(1/4tsp)
