  • In this video, we have tried to explain the theory and practical approach of gradient PCR. Gradient PCR is very useful to find out the correct annealing temperature by performing the Single PCR reaction. the optimal annealing temperature can be identified.

    Thanks for sharing this. right now I know that each row represent what temperature, i wonder that which column that I should put the PCR tube in? the first column of the row? or can put in any column of the row?

      If ur doing gradient check for row and column with desired temperature , if ur doing normal PCR then keep position doesn’t matter

    Nice video. Well explained. If I have to do gradient pcr then I need multiple replicates for my sample right? So do we also need to keep positive and negetive control with them?
