- In this video, we have tried to explain the theory and practical approach of gradient PCR. Gradient PCR is very useful to find out the correct annealing temperature by performing the Single PCR reaction. the optimal annealing temperature can be identified.
Wow wat a mind blowing bro.. well explained, Keep doing... upcoming Biotechnology teacher... God bless you 🥰🥰🥰👍👍
Wow...bhai tu grt teacher ban chuka hai
Thank you so much sir, Good explanation 🙂
Well explained 👏
Informative 🙌
Well explained 👍 keep going 👍👍
Keep going 👏
Well explained and informative ❤️
Thank you sir❤
thank you straight forward
Thank you 😊
Thank you for this, you the best :>
Thank you 🙂

Thanks for sharing this. right now I know that each row represent what temperature, i wonder that which column that I should put the PCR tube in? the first column of the row? or can put in any column of the row?
If ur doing gradient check for row and column with desired temperature , if ur doing normal PCR then keep position doesn’t matter
It is very clear explanation thankyou. Could you make a video for explain and read the results of melting curve after we used gradient method?
Yes, soon
Nice video. Well explained. If I have to do gradient pcr then I need multiple replicates for my sample right? So do we also need to keep positive and negetive control with them?
Really appreciated your 🙋♂️ question for a different temperatures u have to keep a negative control and positive control separately!
@@lifereplicon Thankyou for the reply. Can you also make or suggest any video or article, paper on how to clone cDNA into a vector?
Definitely 👍
Yes 🙌
