Can I ask a question like when were the nucleotides added for amplification?
Hi, they used a prepared premix (the red one). It has all nucleotides, primers, polymerases and the other ingredients needed for PCR.
Am I the only big head to notice errors? Like why wasn't 1 uL of water added to the control? Whats's the point of centrifugation? And why do you touch the tops of the PCR tubes with your hands?

@@anayamalik9786 REDtaq is a ready-to-use mix that contains the dNTPs. So, she doesn't have to add them :)
