I really miss Colorado. I was stationed at Peterson from 2010-2013. I would love to go back there, there was just so much to do and enjoy. I enjoyed exploring on Gold Camp and the area behind the Broadmoor.

Just did 300/302 today. So on 300 just past 302 headed away from GOG there is a power line service road that you should check out if youre ever back out there. Its another down and back, but theres a gnarly steep section right off 300 around 500 yards into the powerline seevice road. Really fun trail, saw lots of deer. Id say its an “easy to moderate” just because of that steep incline. I took my lx470 on it without any issues. Great videos by the way!

Great video and thanks for sharing. Can you let me know the approximate number of campsites you were able to locate? I didn't see many pull-off areas for camping. I'm trying to plan our summer camp trip for this coming year and wanted to explore Rampart Range Rd

If you are traveling on Rampart Range/300, once you are north of Woodland Park there are several trails which provide dispersed camping (too many to list). If your looking at designated camping areas there is Thunder Ridge Campground and a few others, these are normally closed during winter though. Thanks for watching and hope this helps!

I want to ride my ADV bike around Rampart road, is there much for camping there? What about off grid sites? Planning a large trip this summer and Rampart is one of the places I wanted to visit. Any information would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for watching! Yes, there are several areas to camp along rampart road; both primitive and designated camp spots. Most of the spots start north of woodland park, recommend watching the first 1:30 of an old video of mine to give you a quick rundown on rampart: ruclips.net/video/jKbFHV2wvCk/видео.html
