You should have a cutscene be played when a part is touched. This would make it good for cinematic story shot!

I have a question whenever we have a walkspeed below or above 16 and then go to the cutscene part it just changes to the default 16 studs per second do u have a fix for it?

Anyway, I like the video, but could you make an additional version? that it is for a story game, that when touching the block the camera is placed with movement or automatically at an angle, while the player makes an animation,
the dialogues are not so mandatory, but you can insert them if you want

after a set of diologue is finished the camera reverts back to normal for a few seconds and then goes back into the cutscene, how do i make it so that the camera STAYS in place during the entire cutscene?

@@catmanthepro9862 if you select it then there should be a transparency option. make it 1 not 0 and it will be invisible!.

Edit: i got it working. for some reason if you add a third character to the cutscene it just wont let you trigger the third character, I've tried : renaming the cutscenepart to something completely different (in the scripts too), changing witch character is defined in the NPC value (used one that worked before also), changing code to be exactly the same as in the video (using my own text though.), making a second starter gui thing with only the dialog for the one character (only worked if triggered first), I am using the retroblox engine (basically emulates old roblox in current roblox) but I tried removing it and it just broke more things! any idea on how to fix this?
Maybe try changing the "CamPart1" name to "CamPart3" and the "CutScenePart1" to "CutScenePart3" and "Cutscene Gui" to "Cutscene Gui3"

so i put the camera somewhere far away for my game, so the part teleports you to the camera, is there a way that it will be automatic? like the cutscene automatically go to the camera
The scripts work flawlessly when ungrouped. However, I tried grouping the npc, cutscenepart, and camera all together into folders and I have no clue as to why it isn't working. Yes, I edited the local script under StarterGui > CutsceneGui > LocalScript and changed the local cutscene value to be that in which I put it in the folder (like game.Workspace.Folder.NPC.CutScenePart1). Is there something I must also edit in the local script under the DialogueFrame as well?
I have a question, how do I make the text not affect all the players and only affect the one who touches the block?
its cuz the wscript uses game.workspace. cam.part1, if you want it to be all in one folder, change all the scripts to say game.workspace.folder.campart1. glad i could help

It’s bc it’s not with the server gui and screen gui, try grouping you whole map but taking out the NPC activator and camera from your folder!
