he had horns in his dark form in 2. this is probably an animation error. same glitch actually happens if you walking an looking at the Mirror in the Hip Hog Haven Saloon in Jak 2

I am sure that they wanted to have him with dark horns in his normal form. This could be using a animation set that uses his beta form.
