Long time watcher and liker, but until I saw your video about how important comments are for the RUclips logarithms I've never commented. After an international move absorbed all my attention for the last 3 months I am slowly watching your content from January until now (wildly out of order). Thank you for an enjoyable ironing session. I almost look forward to a pile of ironing so I can watch another Ask Charlie! I have popped in a book order for Lonesome Dove.

Awww thank you Charlie, I so enjoy your chatty vlogs..... your wedding dress looked amazing! Gorgeous memories. We love Corsica too... we had our honeymoon there in 1992. When my friend visited the UK from Hong Kong, we spent a day together in Oxford which she absolutely loved. ❤

The only thing that stopped me reading Lonesome Dove was that this book is the first in a series of four. I might actually read them all now and that means I will never have the time to clean or cook again.

Lovely video, as always Charlie. Thank you for your sensible and admirable response to the WIEIAD video request. I’m a very curious person (and I also need to lose a considerable amount of weight) so I have on occasion watched these types of videos, but I don’t think they’re terribly helpful and they just add to the comparison trap xx

My FB page brought up 'people you might know - Charlotte Gray' I thought, 'who is that? Oh of course, Charlie!' For a moment I didn't connect it with you. 😊 If I order Lonesome Dove on my kindle I will be able to make the font larger. Thick books with small fonts always look too daunting. xx

@@ask.charlie Charlie do you know that this year is the last year that the horse trials will be held at Blair Castle? I'm from Perthshire and it has always fallen on my birthday weekend so i'm absolutely devastated! If anyone knows of anything similar in Scotland I'd love to know but I don't think there will ever be anything to match it...

So so strange, i too was meant to be a boy called Charles and then popped out as a girl and they said Charlotte will do but my mother called me Charles / Charlie throughout my childhood but I am very much a ‘Charlotte’ now!
