"What's that song? I'm in love/with that song." ~The Replacements To all the haters: we're lucky he's still playing for us. And he always looks this way when he sings. Do your fucking homework.
@imthefly If you're getting older you're not dead...and we're all aging at the same rate anyway haha, so just wait awhile and you'll understand more...not everything but more...cheers
@nestorian9 I mean, seriously, give the audience some grocery carts and tell them the organic pears are on aisle three. About 75% of these people look, by their actions, as though they would be happier in a grocery store so I guess that explains the farm aid interest. The music must be something they endure to support the food. I kind of thought people liked the music at farm aid. I didn't realize they wander aimlessly as though pushing phantom grocery carts through empty aisles.
tpt Are you seriously ok in your head? You hear someone sing this sublime song with all of his soul, know that not only does he sing it beautifully and play the guitar like an angel, but that he wrote this wonderful song (and for the great Mavis Staples) and all you can say is that he looks 'a bit tipsy' to you? That is unfortunate.
I just found this song and am obsessed. It is so poignant right now.
Damn this was ten years ago? Time flies!
This is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard and Jeff Tweedy is my hero!
Jeff Tweedy may be my generations answer to a Bob Dylan.
Mark Craig I hear / feel more Neil Young

Amazing musician. I think if only he showered he´d be that much more famous.
You need to acquire a heart to go with your clearly voluminous brain.

He can certainly write a poignant song and transmit the feeling as a singer performer
he seems a bit tipsy to me..
Hasn't had a drop since 2005
