    I mean if she was "bratty" it was probably because she was like 16 years old and being over worked... It's hard enough being a teenager let alone working full time and trying to navigate the weird world of Hollywood. I don't think any of the other actors were teenagers on the show

      I don't think you understood what he meant or what the word Diva means. They were talking about how fame got into her and feel entitled to everything. Its nothing to do with being 16 or any age for the matters. If you act like a Diva, you're basically hard to work with, period.

      Not to mention the storylines they put her through were very traumatizing! I feel like it would be easy to seriously throw yourself into those scenes as a kid wanting to give a great performance and not realize how deeply it could mess you up. All for a show that people don't take seriously 😢

      Two things:
      1) Cam was a flippin bad @$$ as Kevin Volchuk. He played the character like a pro.
      2) Not surprised that they weren't pleasant to him. Welcome to Hollywood. You'll get treated like crap on more than one occasion even if you're nice. I lived in LA for the industry and it was terrible. Glad I left.

    • @theresamahfouz790

      Cam called out Ben McKenzie and in the same sentence said he loves Ben. I don’t put any stock into what Cam said about Ben at all because all the other guest stars said Ben was nice and fun to work with, and because Ben has always emphasized in a pretty humble way that The OC was his first job as an actor, so it’s not believable to me that he would be mean to a newcomer. If there was any attitude, it probably had more to do with the fact that their characters hated each other … and maybe Ben was going somewhat method. It’s also pretty douchey for any actor to shade former co-workers years after the fact. There are two sides to every story. Ben has also long since apologized ( Rachel Did as well) for any “jerk” behavior from him back then.

    this was so disgusting to hear. mischa was literally 17 at the time the O.C. was being filmed and the rest of the cast that was playing teenagers were all in their 20s to mid 20s. for a grown adult to speak about a child that way just really messes with my head. i think it’s very understandable if mischa had been “bratty”. not only has she been working since she was EXTREMELY young, but also was thrust into the spotlight at just 17 years old. that’s got to mess with your head a little, especially when the rest of her co-stars couldn’t relate to her in the same way considering the age difference

    • @theresamahfouz790
      @theresamahfouz790 2 года назад +2

      @@valarmorghulis3773 Honestly, Cam is the only actor who said Ben wasn’t nice. Every other guest star (and main star) said Ben was lovely to work with and a great guy. I felt like Cam was out of line to make that statement about Ben years after the fact and for no good reason. It made me think that he was the one who wasn’t nice. Ben has acknowledged that sometimes he was a dick back then, and he apologized. But overall, he was still regarded as generally good to work with. The guy who played Zack in S2 even regards Ben as a good friend. Logan Marshall Green (who played Trey) is close friends with Ben. Shannon Lucio (Lindsay) and Nikki Reed (Sadie) liked working with Ben. Autumn Reeser (Taylor) and Ben have always adored each other. Even Tate Donovan likes Ben. He did a charity event with him about a year or two after the show ended. Here are some points: 1) Ben is not the one who showed up late, 2) Ben is not the one who purposely forgot his lines, and 3) Ben is not the one who was fixated on doing movies. That’s been confirmed. He wanted to do TV and theatre after the show, and that’s exactly what he’s done (starring in Southland, Gotham, and recently getting to play a lead role on Broadway). So it’s unfortunate he gets singled out just because Cam claimed he was mean to him.

      @@theresamahfouz790 You seem REALLY invested in preserving Ben’s reputation. It’s a little strange. Also, if Ben himself admits to having sometimes been a “dick” then perhaps there’s some truth to the accusation that he was, in fact, a dick.
