Vidushi Kruthi Bhat is gifted with a voice laden with the qualities of dulcet and timbre which perhaps account for its enchanting appeal.
I listened with keen interest to the Shubhapantuvarali rendition - she had rendered the same krithi an year earlier in a Madhuradhwani concert where her spouse Vidwan Ranga Vittal had accompanied her on the violin.
The spontaneous, extempore deliverance in authentic variance vis-a-vis the earlier one establishes and demonstrates the class, mettle and substance of this young vocalist of extraordinary merit poised to conquer many frontiers in the course of her career.
As in this instance, she is invariably accompanied by eminent exponents which ensures the audiences are always in for an enthralling concert.
Keep going from strength to strength, Kruthi.
